Close to the medieval town of Eggenburg, where the Weinviertel gently merges into the Waldviertel, a centuries-old winegrower's house has been revived after seven decades of slumber. The house has been completely renovated in the last five years and equipped with modern facilities. The garden is a green oasis, a place to slow down. It offers nothing but peace and quiet, a sweeping view over the hills and the surrounding cellar alleys, while nearby Vienna calls for action-filled daytrips.

HalterHausPuch - Loft in Historic Farmhouse

The owner's house was the cattle shepherd's house from 1913-71. In the fall of 2013, a complete renovation was carried out, preserving the original appearance of the building. So it ducks from the street with small windows and opens to the right of the front door (after distancing from walls and the ceiling) into a spacious, light-flooded kitchen/living/dining room of 70 m ². In the ex-stage on the left, there are bedrooms, bathroom, toilet with windows in the 1500 m ² garden.

Our 200-year-old town villa offers 200 m² of living space on 2 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people. Especially for cyclists/groups, free e-charging station for EVs and families with children and pets. Chilling on the terrace, barbecuing in the small garden or cozy partying in your own party/wine cellar (about 18 m²) are ready for you! Since the bedrooms on the upper floor can only be reached via a few steps, we are only partially suitable for people with special needs.

Welcome to our stylish cottage in picturesque Retz, in the heart of the wine district. The 185 m² modern house can accommodate up to 8 people (2 additional Baby beds possible), with 4 bedrooms, one with private terrace. Enjoy the open living-dining area with high quality kitchen (induction stove, gaggenau baking ovens), 2 bathrooms (double shower, large tub) and a large garden with grill, smoker, trampoline and hammock. Perfect for trips with families and friends.

38 bright and cozy square meters with private entrance, protected garden area, sauna, table tennis, hiking in the Gänsgraben to Heidenstatt ... Bicycles for the Heurigen ride, boats for river and lake and are available from us free of charge. And Josephsbrot, the really good bakery with a cafe is in the village! Susanne is a youth coach.
