Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hollands Kroon

Marius is an amazing host. The house is picky, so we can completely relax in the beautiful surroundings. The house is quiet place, yet in close walking distance a city's comforts. We've been here for others with our grandchildren who are now teenagers. They suggest it will be a tradition that we go on a trip to Medemblik. There was a bottle of champagne for us as a welcome. However, the biggest welcome was that it was so clean and cozy. You really feel welcomed and welcomed.

There were six of us in the accommodation for a week and it was one of the best Airbnbs we've all ever been to. The accommodation is just as beautiful as in the pictures, everything is sparkling clean and the facilities are excellent. The location is of course also a dream - both the terrace in front of the entrance door and the one behind the house have a beautiful view and you can lie wonderfully by the water and relax. The trampoline with sea view is also a highlight :) The communication was great: super fast, very friendly and we got all the information in detail in advance. This accommodation really has everything in mind and we can definitely recommend it! Only if you are afraid of spiders, you should possibly think again, because in the evening there were really a lot of larger spiders on the house. But here, too, everything has been thought of, there are numerous fly screens and if you are careful when ventilating, you will still have a spider-free house :)

Probably the best AirBnB we‘ve been to in the Netherlands! Absolutely amazing renovated traditional house that felt cosy and right at home. We were 4 adults and one child (aged 8). The hosts were kind enough to set an extra bed for my daughter, which was very comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen. We didn’t miss anything. Very quiet and private location and beautiful surroundings. The garden is very peaceful and there is even a water channel at the back! We‘re absolutely looking forward to staying here again soon.

The accommodation completely convinced us: very clean, everything you need for a holiday week, very comfortable beds, great bathroom, appealing outdoor area. Very friendly, uncomplicated hosts, always available and with proactive tips, e.g. on the changed route. We can fully recommend Micaela and John's house.

Inside of the house was very clean .All appliances that were offered worked fine. I liked his pet animals.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovingly furnished apartment in Slootdorp! The apartment is stylish, cozy and offers a lot of privacy - perfect for switching off and taking a deep breath. We were particularly impressed by the unobstructed view of nature. The independent check-in via key box was super uncomplicated (we arrived very late in the evening), the private entrance and parking a real plus. The communication was friendly, fast and helpful - it couldn't be better! We will be happy to come back!

Jan built the apartment in the barn himself. The room layout is nice. It's great that each bedroom has its own shower and toilet. The large kitchen offers more than enough space for playing and cozy get-togethers for all guests. The view of the small lake is incredibly great. The adjoining terrace is a fantastic place to relax. For the children, there are swings and a trampoline in the garden. The location and the possibilities are really special!

The cottage is really great. It is located in a beautiful garden and is equipped with everything you might need. For us, the chickens were a special highlight. It's very quiet, we enjoyed breakfast and evenings on the terrace very much. Adrienne and John are very helpful and friendly hosts. They had valuable tips for us for restaurants or parking in the area. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed our holiday at Juma's garden at the top. A beautiful garden with lots of choice of seating areas in sun or shade. Lovely swimming in the pool and the cottage itself was also completely fine, everything you need! Judith welcomed us very kindly and hospitably!

An accommodation that is perfect for a quiet stay. Everything you need is available in the apartment. The bicycles are great and you can easily reach Medemblik in 15 minutes. Very nice communicative landlords. Thank you for the welcome gift.

We had a great stay! Very nice accommodation, super cozy, practical (everything has really been thought of) just like home. It is very spacious and very clean. The best Airbnb so far (and we have already stayed in quite a few)!

Lovely apartment and quiet neighborhood!

We had a wonderful stay in Alkmaar and in the apartment! The communication with Diwa was great, she welcomed us, gave us a lot of useful information, we could always contact her and she was super friendly. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. It has a beautiful balcony and a great view. We loved, that it’s located in the middle of the city with nice cafés around the corner. For parking there are good options that Diwa told us about. We totally recommend staying in Diwas apartment and would love to come back!

Our stay at Monica and Pasqual’s was excellent. The home is exactly what is depicted in the photos. Monica and Pasqual’s communication with us was excellent and when we asked about our bicycles they provided us with a solid lock so we could safely leave them in the front yard. The huge bedroom windows overlook an intersection and I loved sitting in bed with the morning sun streaming in, enjoying my early morning coffee while watching the local people go about life. The location was perfect for us to walk from the train/bus station or cycle to family and friends.

We really loved it at Dick and Thildy's place. The two are very friendly, open and give great tips for the area. The apartment was beautifully decorated, you felt very comfortable - surrounded by flower fields and a rural idyll with 2 sweet cats, ducks & chickens. Despite the construction of the new accommodations, we did not feel disturbed - I am curious how they look then!! 🙏🏻 Definitely a great place to explore North Holland and experience the colorful flower fields!

It was super nice. The accommodation is beautifully located with a unique view of the IJsselmeer. This also means constant fresh air, wind, and the sound of the water. We loved that. There is also a beach on the dike for swimming. Good beds, great kitchen and shower, nice living room to relax. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is there. We have also thought of the dog. We'd love to come back.

Lovely place and Alkmaar is a lovely Dutch town

We stayed at the apartment for a week with our children. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos and descriptions. Everything was clean and cleanly equipped. You can see and hear the sea from the balcony. The bedrooms could be darkened very well. Henk was always available and friendly. The apartment is located in a large residential building. Nevertheless, it was totally quiet and relaxing! The location is excellent. In a few minutes you can walk to the beach, to the city with a supermarket, no shops and restaurants. A bike rental is also in the immediate vicinity. We liked it without exception and can recommend the apartment without restriction.
