Located about 1,5 km within walking distance from Lindesnes lighthouse (you see the lighthouse from the garden). 2 min walk to the sea with a lovely archipelago. Great hiking opportunities nearby. Possibility to borrow a boat (15 feet) with 25 hp (the tenant pays for gasoline + 2%o oil, see other information) and a canoe upon agreement. The house is furnished with modern kitchen and has throughout good standards. Small, warm garden with large terrace and nice view to the sea.

Large windows overlooking the Spindsfjord and high ceilings bring nature close. A shared jetty with its own berth can be found about 2 minutes walk down to the sea. There you can swim from the jetty. If you rent a boat, you can go straight out into a varied archipelago with good fishing opportunities. Beaches are about 15 min away towards Lista. 10 min by boat/car to the city center.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Welcome to us! Funkieshus from 2024, with large windows, lots of sun and a lovely view over the sea. Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Towels and beds are included in the price and beds are made on arrival. Parking inside the garage and in front of the garage door. There is a large terrace facing west, and paving stones around the house again at the entrance. Part of the outdoor area is still under renovation.
