Apartment on the 1st floor. 2nd floor inhabited and given the nature of the building it is not mouse quiet.

Studio in characteristic townhouse

At studio Tweij & Vitsig, you will stay in a part of a very characteristic mansion. You have a private entrance that can be reached via 3 stairs. Through the hall, you walk into the studio. The studio has high walls of 3.40 meters, which is characteristic of this property. In the summer, it stays nice and cool. The studio is finished with high-quality materials. From the terrace, you have a view over the vast meadows and the trench.

Eynattener Mühle apartment

In the middle of nature and yet central (not far from Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Liège) We rent a 70 m² apartment with a separate entrance on our farm (Eynattener Mühle), consisting of a large living-dining kitchen, a large bedroom, a small living-bedroom (single bed 185 x 85 cm), a bathroom. There is room for 3 adults and 1 baby (crib available). An outdoor seating area, directly by the Göhle, is available for our guests.

Apartment with a natural ambiance

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

Vacation home Belgium Gemmenich

Our quiet, very well-kept vacation home is located in a former vacation park. The 240 houses blend charmingly into the landscape. Approximately 5% of the houses are used for tourist purposes. Our vacation home has a garden, north and south terrace with great views. Adjacent meadows lead to the nearby forest. ATTENTION: From 01/01/2023 we will have to increase the cost of the electricity consumed to €0.45 per kWh!

Apartment in old mill

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away. Cute little cottage studio located in the hills of Epen. Wake up with the sound of hundreds of birds, drink your morning coffee while looking at the grazing cows in the field across from you. Take a walk through the fields or the near-by forest. End your day at one of the surrounding cosy restaurants.

The room with personal entry is nicely furnished and has a private ensuite bathroom. There is WIFI- connection, an electric kettle, coffee and tea. The room shows to the backyard with trees and is quiet. There is direct access to the small garden via the entrance hall.
