Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Homer

Lila Lee’s place was perfect for me and my family visiting for one day. The house was exactly what we were looking for plenty of room beautiful location very peaceful will definitely reserve again and recommend to anyone. Very quick to respond on anything and many recommendations on where to go thank you very much A++🙂

This cozy home located in the hillside was just what we needed. The view was breathtaking and the interior of the house was something out of a magazine. Location to Homer and the Spit was great. Despite being 15 minute drive from the spit, it is an easy drive and well worth it for the view while at the house. Scott and Hester are the most responsive hosts I've ever dealt with. And I just fell in love with the impressive tile work in the master steam shower. Thank you for allowing us to bring our fur baby with us, she loved it as well. We definitely will be back. Thanks again for making our first time to Homer memorable.

Scott and Hester were always available and were great hosts. The property was beautiful with a great layout, and everything exceeded our expectations. It was great to be able to hang out on the balcony and admire the view of Kachemak Bay as well. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for our small group to separate for a few days from a bigger group of 11. 4 of us enjoyed the views, the peace, laundry & hot tub. Separate rooms with great beds. We loved it. Hope to come back one day in the future! Thanks so much for making our stay in Homer so special.

We so enjoyed our time at your home! Thanks for sharing. Every morning we’d continue to ahhh at the amazing view! Loved the stocked kitchen, extra blankets, and fans for noise. If you ever want an upgrade we’d suggest blinds in the master bedroom. Those of us with jet lag would appreciate it! But regardless it was all so warm and cozy and we would return! Thanks for your quick communication and welcoming us!

This place was perfect for our family of eight. Plenty of beds and two separate living areas. Jocelyn was very responsive to messages- quick and friendly! Ted was close by and he was helpful and very kind. The views from this house were beautiful and the fresh flowers inside were a very sweet touch. Plenty of board games and a fully stocked kitchen. Great place for our big family to feel at home!

This home was beautiful. Lots of nice touches that made if homey and comfortable, very pleasant for our family. Very clean, well decorated with lots of "little" extras that went above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Amazing location. The hills of Homer are stunning. Very helpful, friendly and responsive hosts.

The listing was as described and check-in/out were easy. We even came in to a plate full of cookies! Loved having the bedroom with a door for the kids and the beds were comfortable. They had everything we could need for coffee/ tea/ creamer and plates/silverware. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family.

Great last minute spot that I booked. The view of the lake is beautiful and watching the planes take off and land. Only thing I didn’t account for was how loud these little planes are especially when they’re taking off at 6:30am. If you want to sleep in just keep that in mind. I would stay here again though.

The location is great. It is a short drive to Homer Spit and walkable distance to many different places in town. We love the hot tub and the view.

Everything went perfect. We were in Homer with our 3 kids to fish and explore the area. We have stayed at quite a few short term rentals and this one was near the top of our list. The view is just stunning! I appreciate all the items in the kitchen as well. Seriously- drop in before running to the store- the place is well equipped with cooking supplies! The grill also came in handy. Daniel was also very responsive to our text and helped us navigate some questions about the area before we arrived. The bedrooms have blackout curtains for those long summer days. Washer and dryer were super helpful after a long day of fishing. Can’t think of a single thing I would change! Wonderful stay.

Very comfortable and quiet place with a ton of helpful niceties about. We loved its central Homer location in a quiet neighborhood. Mary provided lots of little extras that really welcomed us and made the trip that much more enjoyable.
