The entrance to the apartment is on the first floor, with the bedroom & ensuite bathroom upstairs (there is a cloakroom downstairs) There is not designated parking, but there is on street parking in New Street< Dunstan Avenue and the New Street public car park is a 2 minute walk away. Normally I am around to welcome you and show you around The Loft. If I am away, there is a key pad to enter the building and a key box to let you into the apartment. The apartment is in Chipping Norton, a pretty Cotswold working town surrounded by glorious countryside. It's close to award-winning pubs, Soho Farmhouse and Daylesford, and is within 10 minutes of 3 festivals: Cornbury, Wilderness, and Feastival. Chipping Norton is connected to Oxford & Banbury by the bus. The nearest mainline station is Kingham, which has regular trains from London (Paddington). This is a 5 minute drive away.

We had the most wonderful stay at Jane’s beautiful Airbnb in Chadlington over the bank holiday weekend. From the moment we arrived, Jane welcomed us so warmly and made sure we felt comfortable and at home throughout our stay. She went above and beyond with thoughtful touches – we were greeted with welcoming snacks and a lovely selection of breakfast items including fresh bread, croissants, and juices. The accommodation itself was cozy, always warm, and nestled in a peaceful environment that felt like a true escape from the everyday. One of the highlights was waking up each morning to the stunning views of her gardens and the surrounding wildlife – absolutely magical. But our absolute favourite feature was the glass roof – there’s nothing quite like drifting off under the stars and waking up to the clouds and sounds of nature. It was such a special and relaxing experience. We’ve already recommended Jane’s place to our friends and family for their upcoming visits, and we’ll be returning!

Stayed there during the weekend for a friends wedding just next door at Cornwell Manor. Beautiful cottage, very easy and quick communication with Julia, check-in extremely easy and so flexible. Julia very kindly didn't ask to leave at 11:00 sharp in the morning as per check-out deadline which was a lovely gesture since we had a pretty late night, so it was lovely to have a lay in in the super comfortable beds.

Such a cozy tiny house! A great spot for a romantic getaway. Some basic amenities were provided at home which we appreciated and Florence was a great host, very friendly and responsive, and shared excellent recommendations for us to enjoy during our stay.

We had a very happy two night stay here. The Lodge was equipped to a high standard (in particular, super-comfortable beds with luxurious linen, great bathrooms and kitchen) along with a feeling of being in a delightful home. The garden was beautiful - a lovely spot for a G&T and extremely peaceful. We met Chris and his family briefly and they were very friendly and hospitable, on hand to help, but not at all intrusive. We would like to return another time for a longer visit.
