Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Welcome to this nice place, on the beautiful Dorpsstraat van Zwaag, 2km from the center of Hoorn, 30 minutes above Amsterdam. This accommodation has its own entrance, 3 air conditioners, 2 bedrooms & views of greenery. The guesthouse is in our backyard, which is so quite that you think you are in the countryside instead of just 30 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam which is very easy to be reached. Your stay is including 2 free bikes! The house is private and comfortable. Our prices are including Euro 5 tourist tax per person/night. So no additional charges!

From the living room, you can walk into the spacious garden, exclusively for you. In the complete, stylish kitchen, you can cook to your heart's content. The bathroom is also a nice experience, with plenty of space and atmosphere. From our cottage, you can cycle to the forest, dunes or beach. But Bergen and Alkmaar are also nearby.

Our old farm has a large barn, the back of which has been converted into a guest house and in which you can enjoy the peace, space and nature that will immediately give you a wonderful vacation feeling. A spacious south-facing patio with beautiful views, table tennis table and fire pit can be used. Spot birds of prey such as buzzards to deer and butterflies and completely relax.

Ilpendam is a picturesque village 10 minutes' drive from Amsterdam. In the morning, you see the sun rise on the horizon, in the evening you dine on the jetty by the water while grebes and coots swim by. From this oasis of calm, you can explore the beautiful Waterland region or visit the bustling city. Every 5 minutes a bus goes to Amsterdam and within 15 minutes you are in the city centre.
