New and bright terraced house for rent

Welcome to stay in my house, either you come from far or near. Wish you to feel at home. You can sit on the balcony enjoying the wiew and the sunset, or relax in the bright and cozy livingroom. The kitchen has good space. The house is bright and new, and lies rural, 15 min from the centre of Stavanger. Good bus connections; the bus stop is 5 min away. Nice to go for a walk in the area, and the sea is close by. You also find a food store 300 m from the house. Playgrounds right outside the door.

Nice and green enviroment, close to sea. 1st floor: Hall, kitchen, living room, terrace facing southwest, washing room with toilet. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. The place suits perfect for two couples, or a family. We have kids at age 0 and 3, and there are toys avaliable to be used. 5 minutes walk to beach, 20 minutes walk to city center. 5 minutes bus trip to city center.

Here you will live close to the sea and mountains and enjoy the spectacular fjord view. The house is fullly ecuipt with all you need also bedlinen and towels are always included. This is our home away from home, we want more people to enjoyit. 4 bedrooms, decent size, 3 double beds in different sizes, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. with 1 extra bed, 9 people can stay in the house, but there is only 1 toiletroom and 2 seperate showerrooms , size of shower is 70x90 cm and 90x90 cm

Gåavstand til Stavanger sentrum. Flotte turområder rett utenfor døren; Mosvannet er kledd i grønn drakt for sommeren og er perfekt for en joggetur før frokost, eller en rusletur på ettermiddagen. Gamlingen; Stavangers flotte utendørssvømmebasseng er også bare en gåtur unna.

Townhouse close to the ocean and city centre

Our townhouse (build in 2015) is beautiful located close to Stavanger city centre. The area is really quiet and the local small beaches are only a close walk away (perfect area for walking/jogging). There are a lot of playgrounds, soccer fields etc. in the neighborhood. The house is well equipped and has a beautiful view. By car it is 5 minutes to the city centre. There is a bus stop 20 metres from the house. Free parking close to the house.

Romslig rekkehus med 4/5 soverom (soverom 5 er treningsrom, men kan ha luftmadrass). 7 sengeplasser, 2 soveplasser på sovesofa, mulighet for 2 luftmadrasser og 1 reiseseng til baby. Familie- og dyrevennlig med inngjerdet hage på begge sider av rekkehuset. 10 min gangavstand til matbutikk, senter, badeland, fotballbaner, pumptrack, store lekeområder og bussplass. 10 min med bil til skisenter. Gode turmuligheter rett utenfor døra.

Koselig familie rekkehus

Rekkehus med 3 soverom. Passer godt til en familie på 4 eller en liten gruppe. Det er en skjermet terrasse og felleshage med trampoline og lekehus. Det er 10 min å gå ned til Stavanger sentrum og gode bussforbindelser. Matbutikker/ apotek er 2 min å gå til Fotballbaner og turområder er en liten spasertur unna. Kjøkkenet er godt utstyrt

House by the sea in the city centre

Charming city house redone in 2012. 1 min walk to the sea, 7 mins walk to city centre. Perfect for couples or families. Childrens playground and green areas just outside the door. Large terrace for afternoon and evening relaxation. Obs; in 2024, some construction work is expected in the area. Hopefully this will not bother you.

The house was new in 2016. It is 120 square meters and has two floors. It faces south and has a beatiful view to fjord and mountains. The area is child friendly and have beatiful nature. It is a 5 min walk to the fjord and a beach. 3 km to Sogndal citysenter with many shops.
