The property is located in Billerbeck / Horn-Bad Meinberg in the district of Lippe. Walking and hiking opportunities can be found in our beautiful village on the Norderteich, as well as the nice restaurant "Zur Post". There are plenty of shopping opportunities for the daily needs (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, etc.)restaurants (including McDonalds) and leisure activities. We recommend a visit to the Externsteine (7 km), the Herrmanns Monument (15 km) or the Schieder Reservoir (12 km).

The apartment in the former cowshed consists of a 40 sqm room including a mini kitchen and a separate shower toilet. It is pleasantly bright due to the 3 floor-to-ceiling, south-facing windows and wonderfully warm due to the underfloor heating. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a towel dryer, a large sink and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove, sink and refrigerator. Dishes, cutlery and pots are available for 2 people.

Beautiful 1-room apartment (48 square meters) with kitchen, bath/shower, private sun terrace and separate entrance. Modern, bright and friendly. One parking space is available free of charge. The house is located on a quiet side street and you can walk or hike directly from the door. The Externsteine are a 15-minute walk. Welcome to beautiful Detmold! Our apartment is super central - right on the market square. So restaurants, shops, stores, snacks, hairdressers or pubs are right outside the front door. The numerous sights of the region are wonderfully accessible by bus. Buses run 3 minutes away. A cheap parking space is 5 minutes by walk. The apartment is on the second floor of one of the oldest buildings in Detmold, with cozy old building charm.

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

The apartment is quiet and close to nature in the district of Fissenknick, overlooking the Leistruper Forest. In the immediate vicinity are the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and the open-air museum – the perfect destinations! A windmill converted into a restaurant is located just a few meters from the apartment and the Café Berghof Stork is also within walking distance. The spa town of Horn-Bad Meinberg is 2 km away.

In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. On 70 square meters with a large south-facing balcony and views of the countryside, just relax and unwind! If you arrive with your car, you can park it comfortably right outside the door. The Westphalian thermal baths with sauna area & swimming pool are 6 minutes' walk away. It is just as far to the bakery and 2 supermarkets. The spa forest is also around the corner!
