Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Horní Planá

Thank you for the accommodation that completely met our expectations, the apartment was quiet, clean and well-equipped, Kašperské Hora and the surrounding area was beautiful.

Light, bright and easy to find apartment. Modern furnished. Essential and super useful parking space but poorly placed at the back of the parking lot stuck between a wall and a rail, beware the paint shards when opening the doors... The neighborhood is well served by Bus, and an Edeka is a 5-minute walk away, great! Christoph can be contacted very easily and answers questions quickly and efficiently. At night, the street is very transient and noisy (we came in April 2025, it was nice and hot, and I don't think I can turn or sleep with the windows open in summer...). In the apartment, nothing is missing to be able to live there on a daily basis except a washing machine: it is in the description of the listing but it is not in the apartment, where is it? For us, French who do not practice the same sorting of waste as you in Germany, we found no clear instructions, thank you for making an effort in explaining these ...

I spent an extended weekend here and was completely satisfied. Everything corresponded to the description in the offer, good communication with the hosts, great location + beautiful view from the apartment. We especially appreciated the possibility of a self-service accommodation process, which went smoothly. Thank you!

Great apartman, better than the photos, 3 separate rooms. Host responsive and helpful, very kind. Easy connected to the central bus station (ZOB Passau) by bus 7, and back by bus 11. All recommendations.

The accommodation amazed us, it was even better than our expectations in terms of size. Everything was very clean and tidy. Robert welcomed us even though we arrived very late in the evening and immediately left us the keys. The location is unfortunately a bit isolated but it is a normal feature of Bavaria, especially an advantage because not a fly was buzzing at night. Overall a great experience and we'll be happy to come back.

The accommodation was great, but the sofa bed for two people was a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great.

Very welcoming cottage. The living area is large and comfortable. The wood-burning stove is efficient for heating quickly. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms. Wooden stairs can crack (for people with light sleep). Pay attention to electricity consumption.

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

We had a great stay and can definitely recommend this accommodation. Within cycling/walking distance of the center of Passau.

The host welcomed us super nicely, and showed and explained everything. There is a bun service and the host is always available as he and his wife live next door. The location is quiet and the overall complex with Koikarpfenteich and its own chickens that you can pet is very idyllic. Perfect for families but also for a cozy men's lap.

We spent a wonderful Christmas vacation at Daniela and Stefan's place (4 adults, 3 children). The house is very nice and cozy. Kitchen utensils and other accessories are sufficiently available and nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable right from the start. The cozy beds are worth mentioning, we slept wonderfully :-) A very nice gesture on arrival is the delicious cake and filled basket with all kinds of goodies. The hosts were very helpful, always available for questions, gave us good tips for excursions and helped us with Christmas shopping. The children were able to romp around in the snow right by the house (sled and bob are available) and the parents enjoyed the sauna. Towels and bathrobes are available. All in all, a perfect vacation. Daniela and Stefan's place is highly recommended.

Quietly located, you can enjoy the great house with sauna and whirlpool and use the time to relax and for the family. Jaroslav quickly answered every question in advance and everything worked out great and was prepared for us as a large family. For the most necessary groceries, there was a supermarket (24/7) in the next town and, due to the proximity to Austria, we found a local butcher and baker with great products. We'd love to come back ... pure relaxation!

Very nice stay, it was clean very nice layout of all rooms and bathrooms. The only thing we were missing was more storage space in the bathrooms. We will be happy to come back.

Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. This is the perfect place to stay for a family with an entire kids room with toys and books as well as a Nintendo switch. The sauna was so nice to use. Will stay again. The place was very nice, tidy and clean. There are many products in the kitchen, which is basically great – but some of them had expired, so it would be good to check the expiration dates regularly. Otherwise, everything was fine, there was a lot available and well equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood just outside Passau with a great view of the hills. You usually need a car to be mobile, but there is also a bus stop right in front of the house. However, a one-way bus ride costs €2.50, which is quite expensive – that's why I mostly used my car. Very convenient is the free parking space in the underground parking! Overall it was a very good experience. Thanks, Tobias!

Cozy studio apartment, nicely decorated and with a well equipped kitchen, at a peaceful place on the edge of the village.

Small but nice apartment, cozy, top equipped and really super clean. We were there as a family of 4 and absolutely satisfied. The apartment is in one of two well-kept '70s high-rise buildings, connected by a communal area (free of charge): table tennis, kicker, air hockey and swimming pool. Perfect for our boys!

We spent a week in May in Samuel's small, sweet apartment, which is located at the entrance to the sleepy village of Haidmühle. We found the apartment exactly as described - cozy, clean and well equipped with everything you need and much more. We immediately felt comfortable and the beautiful view of the small lake in front of the house and the Dreisesselberg in the background meant that relaxation was not long in coming. Thank you for this gem in the border triangle, we will definitely come back :)

Linz is a beautiful city and definitely Judith with her welcome and home made our stay even more beautiful. The house is in the suburbs of the city center, but relatively, because there are about 4/5 km from the areas of interest in the center. This distance is easily filled by the presence, about 150/200 meters, of a tram stop that is very convenient to move quietly to and from the house. As for me, I had chosen Judith's house for its characteristics and for the presence of private, reserved and free parking for my car. I usually drive when I move with my family. Regarding the apartment, I can easily say that we had a really good time, almost as if we were at home. There were three of us, with my wife and 19-year-old daughter, but we all had our own spaces. This thanks to the very comfortable double bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. Everything was perfect.
