Homely cottage in the national park

This cozy summer cottage is located in the heart of Bohemian Switzerland National Park in the north of the Czech Republic. The symbol of this National Park – Pravčická brána (Prebischtor) is only 7 km far from our homely cottage. This place is unique because of many possibilities for hiking, cycling, relaxing or for mushroom gathering as well. In a couple of minutes you can cross the border and enjoy other interesting places in Germany. The cottage offers 2 bedrooms with 3 beds upstairs and 1 sofa bed downstairs. The living room is a perfect place to sit with family or friends, play the desk games and have a nice time by the fireplace. Television has mostly German and Czech channels. The kitchen is well equipped with the fridge, the stove, the oven, the coffee machine, the microwave, the kettle and the dishes. Clean towels and linen, soap, shampoo and hairdryer are provided. There is a grill with seating in the garden; a roofed pergola with additional seating behind the cottage offers privacy and rest in the nature. Because we want to keep the unique atmosphere of the place, the cottage does not have a Wi-Fi connection.

Our Chalet Zvoneček is a wonderful original cottage built in 1781. It is surrounded by the virgin nature of the Lusatian Mountains and Bohemian-Saxon Switzerland National Park. Located just below the top of Jedlova mountain it lies right on a hiking trail in the middle of forests and meadows. In the large garden you have the chance to enjoy seasonal pool, fire pit and a children's playground. The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Malé změny dělají celek. Celek pak prezentuje naplněné sny. Snažíme se udržet hodnotu historie, kterou hledáme pod nánosy jílu, barev, obkladů a listí. Vize je ale jasná. Tu jsme napsali hned na začátku a držíme se ji mozoly i odřeninami. Prostě: "Cimra bude. Nový projekt. Starý dům. Krásné místo. Prostor snům." Ubytování v 200 let starém domě na pomezí Lužických hor, Českého středohoří, Labských pískovců a České Švýcarska.

Cozy vacation home with distance ;-), fireplace, solar

The house is off a road about 300 meters from a modern outdoor swimming pool in a very quiet location. In the neighborhood there are bungalows - some of them are occupied all year round. All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay. Please just ask.
