Studio apartment at the foot of Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

Swedish house with sauna, fireplace, pool and hot tub

The cozy house with a wood-burning fireplace, Finnish sauna and a bedroom with a hot tub is perfect for a romantic time for two, but with 100 square meters also offers enough space for families with children or a meeting with friends. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

Cozy apartment under the roof

Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe. So wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Dichterviertel, umgeben von schönen Parks, dem Flutgraben, vielen Brücken und nah dem schönen Steigerwald. Wenn Du die Altstadt, mit unseren vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden möchtest, dann sind es nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Du kannst aber auch die Straßenbahn nehmen. Die Haltestelle befindet sich quasi vor der Haustür.

Apartment am Seeberg

Welcome to the Apartment am Seeberg. Our 2-room apartment with terrace is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV, and a Fire TV stick. We have a small miniature pig, and behind our house is a paddock with horses, just like the Seeberg, which is perfect for walks, picnics, and hikes. Seebergen has bus and train connections, a lake for feeding the ducks, and a small playground for children. Shopping facilities are located in the nearest town (3 km). Gotha is 5 km away, and Erfurt is 15 km away.

Vacation home “Gina” on the edge of the forest

The idyllically located vacation home with a size of about 50 m² has a living room with open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with space for 4 people and a dining area. The cottage is located in the climatic health resort of Finsterbergen directly on the edge of the forest in a small bungalow settlement. Because of its location it provides an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200 m away.

Sit back and relax and enjoy the new, quiet and stylish accommodation. After a cozy breakfast, for two in the kitchen, or for three in the living room, or in summer in good weather in the garden. The apartment offers the freedom you want on vacation. Strengthened, the day can then begin, whether with a wonderful hike around Bad Tabarz, a visit to the adventure pool Tabbs or with a visit to the cities of Gotha and Eisenach, here it is possible.

Apartment FS15/2 with parking space

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city park, the orangery and the center of Gotha. As well as the train station and sights such as the castle, the Natural History Museum is all within minutes walking distance. It has a separate entrance for our guests only. This is now the third apartment and we hope that this also meets the expectations of our guests. We look forward to seeing as many interesting guests as possible!

Vacation on the Rennsteig The surrounding area offers numerous hiking trails that are perfect for exploring nature. In the quiet area, time can be spent in a pleasant atmosphere, while a variety of leisure activities are available nearby. The Rennsteig is 23 minutes away, Oberhof to the winter sports arena is 25 km Friedrichroda health resort 6 km, Eisenach to Wartburg 32 km, Erfurt 40 km Weimar 59 km Gotha with the historic castle 12 km.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey residential building, with a converted attic. The apartment with bay window and balcony has a floor area of approx. 90 m². The three bedrooms can each be locked separately. The common areas, such as hallway, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living room, are used exclusively by our guests. There is also the possibility of storing bicycles safely and dry in the building.

Enjoy the quiet and rural location. Old timber framing meets modern style with a cozy fireplace. The central location between the cultural highlights in Eisenach, Gotha and Erfurt distinguishes our village. You can leave the car behind and use the train from Eisenach to Weimar to experience Thuringian culture! Furthermore, shopping and gastronomy are available in the village, so your stay will be absolutely relaxed!
