Bed linen and towels are provided weekly. Connection to the A2 or 236 in the northeast crosswalk within two minutes on three bus lines. Newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Free parking directly at the property saves you from having to look for a parking space in the evening.

A private entrance and a small garden section / private terrace complete the property. If you're not at home, we want to give you a piece of home. We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.

Das Apartment befindet sich im ruhigen und sehr grünen Ortsteil Brechten, direkt an der Grenze zu Lünen. Nur eine Gehminute braucht man zu den grenzenden Wäldern. Aber auch in die Dortmunder Innenstadt braucht man mit der Bahn nur 15 Minuten. Dieses Apartment ist für Menschen geeignet die es lieben in der Natur zu wohnen, aber auch die Nähe zu der Stadt schätzen.
