Perched on stilts more than 3 m high, surrounded by trees in a lush garden, the cabin is fully equipped so you can enjoy great comfort in the heart of nature. The fully equipped summer kitchen is under the cabin. You will wake up to birdsong. OPTION: payable on site (no credit card): Nordic bath €40 (or €50 with 2 bathrobes). Simple self-service breakfast included.

Independent accommodation

Located at the entrance to Capbreton, the city center is 2 km away. On site: microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, small fridge. In the bathroom, the washing machine is available. The living room is equipped with a sofa that converts to a 140 bed. An attic bedroom, a 90 bed that can be split for 2 people. The staircase is protected by a barrier, children can play safely. TV and WiFi available. Base price is set for 2 people. No pets except in exceptional cases.

The studio is located on the second and top floor of the residence and has a very bright sheltered terrace perfect for meals or having a coffee. The bathroom is spacious and has a washing machine. The kitchen cleverly fitted in this small space of 25 m2 is equipped with an oven and a dishwasher. The free Biarritz shuttle passes right in front and can drop you off in the heart of the city, otherwise the center is within walking distance.

The "Le coeur de XANET" tree house, a unique, artisanal, fully insulated design, made by a local carpenter. We designed this property to offer you a break, a moment out of time. The wood offers all the exoticism you need. You will find all the comforts you want, in a "cabin spirit". Lots of light thanks to its many openings, facing the forest and the orchard. And we've also provided a private HOT TUB, for total relaxation!!

The house is close to many shops (shopping center, bakery, pharmacy, medical center). The beach is 15 minutes away by car. Parking is available for free. Bus stop 500 meters away. Chateau de Caradoc 500 meters away with large park and children's playground.
