This contemporary house of 256 m2 is a haven of peace in the center of Hossegor. The beaches of the lake and ocean are within walking or cycling distance. It consists of: - a large living space of 127 m2 that opens onto a terrace of 215 m2 with heated pool, Jacuzzi, plancha, dining areas, living room, hammock, ping-pong, foosball... - a sleeping area of 4 bedrooms (3 with a 200 x 200 bed or 2 100 x 200 beds and 1 with a 140 bed) with bathroom and toilet. Parking for 3 to 4 vehicles

Casaloft- Loft (optional private Jacuzzi)

The loft is located in a quiet area at the back of our garden. Not overlooked. 3 min from shops, and 15 min from the beach (Hossegor/Seignosse) by car. You will have the choice of having an outdoor SPA/JACUZZI available for an additional fee (40 euros per night of booking, accessible until 1:00 a.m. Our animal friends are accepted according to their size. Kitchenette with all utensils for preparing meals. The bathroom has a 160x200cm shower. Bed linen and towels provided. On the garden side, a wooden terrace with a dining area and a barbecue. Deckchairs for relaxation. Outdoor shower.
