The cottage is located in a picturesque village in the South Moravian Region, famous for its wine, nature and historical monuments. You will relax perfectly during this unique and peaceful stay.

Byt je na klidném konci sídliště a má vlastní parkovací místo, na které vidíte z ložnice. K dispozici je spolehlivá wifi, klimatizace a vybavená kuchyň, káva a čaj. Pro děti máme pouze jídelní židličku. Pohodlné postele 2,20 m jsou u sebe nebo zvlášť, podle přání hostů. Nemáme TV. Byt je určený pro hosty, kteří hledají odpočinek nebo klid na práci. Je zcela nevhodný pro party, noční život apod. hlučné aktivity. Nerušte ve večerních hodinách sousedy, mají malé děti a ráno vstávají do práce.

Quiet summer accommodation about 4 km from the Vranov Dam, 13 km from Bítov, 20 km from Znojmo, 92 km from Brno, 110 km from Vienna. The cottage is newly renovated and offers a quiet stay in complete privacy for families or couples. Our cottage is the right place to relax in the countryside. There are many sights, bike trails, and in summer the possibility of swimming at the Vranov Dam.

Place in the middle of Czech Republic

We offer apartment with two rooms, toilet and litl entrance hall. There are two double beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. We can offer parking place, garage for the bicycles and fireplace. The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.

Crazy little house - you will love it!

The house is totaly unique. 3.13 x 3.23 m2, but 2 stocks - ground with bathroom - 1st floor kitchen and dininig room - 2nd floor bedroom (Queen size bed - big enough for two 180cmx160cm) and entry to balcony Here are some stairs in the house. Electrical heating in every room. Here is enough space only for two people.
