You will appreciate the immediate proximity of the shops to the restaurants of the markets,the port of Dives with its fish market accessible on foot, the casino, cinema as well as transport...bus (Bus station at 400M) . Lots of entertainment in summer. The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator from an old hotel from the 1950s.

At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!
