House 45 m2 on one level, the hyper center of Cabourg with garden and terrace facing south in a quiet area while enjoying a central place. It is close to Avenue de la Mer, all shops and the beach, in a residential area. You can park normally very easily just in front of the house. Key box at your disposal to facilitate your arrival time. For information: the house is absolutely not suitable for wheelchairs.

The apartment is located right in the city center, surrounded by shops and 50 m from the beach and the Casino. It is located on the first floor of a pretty residence from the 1900s and was refurbished in March 2018. It is decorated in a contemporary style, with great care for the finishes. The guide times for check-in/check-out are 5pm/12pm, but I will do my best to accommodate your wishes.
