2-room apartment with sea view from the bedroom and living room, 50 m from the beach, ideally located, in the city center of the seaside resort of Houlgate. You will appreciate the immediate proximity of the shops to the restaurants of the markets,the port of Dives with its fish market accessible on foot, the casino, cinema as well as transport...bus (Bus station at 400M) . Lots of entertainment in summer. The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator from an old hotel from the 1950s.

The Bow-Window, a charming apartment, just a short walk to the beach, completely renovated, welcomes you in a pretty old house. Quiet and bright it consists of a large very pleasant living room, with sea view balcony, fitted kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed, a cozy bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Once the car is parked in the free and private parking, everything is on foot: access to the large beach, the market, the city center. Absolute relaxation!
