The stylish attic apartment is located in a house rebuilt after the war years with only three small residential units. The house was built on the historic city wall, which is over 800 years old. It forms the historic city limit of Paderborn. The unique charm of the building ensemble on the city wall enchants immediately - and that in the middle of the city. The apartment is located on the upper floor and was extensively and high-quality renovated in 2022.

The apartment is newly renovated, has a kitchen and three bedrooms. The bathroom is accessible with rain shower, large hand basin and toilet. All rooms are accessed via a large hallway with wardrobe. The large garden is great for resting after a bike ride. The bike path starts right behind the house. A shed is available.

Enjoy your stay in our quiet, modernly furnished apartment for 1-4 persons. The apartment is close to the Westfalen-Therme and the Dedinger Heide Lakes. A bus stop with connections to downtown or to Paderborn is only a 4 minute walk away. The apartment offers the perfect retreat with a bedroom, a living room with sleeping options, kitchen and bathroom. There is a tourist tax of €2.80 per day/per person, which is paid in cash on site.

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Sit back and relax – in one of our quiet, stylish apartments. It is idyllically located on a forest and at the same time close to Hövelhof and Stukenbrock-Senne. The apartment is modernly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen/living area. In addition, there is a small terrace, ideal for breakfast. You will stay in a modern and fully equipped 2-room apartment (approx. 50 square meters) with Internet, satellite TV, air conditioning, kitchen (stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, SodaStream), bathtub and a 22 m² roof terrace, separate house entrance and parking space for one car. The sofa is large and cozy, so it can definitely be used as an additional sleeping option. 2 bikes are available.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

Arrival by car is recommended as the nearest stop is 1.3 km away.
