Nice cottage and welcoming , everything you would require . Just a bit noisy being next to the main road. It’s a shame they don’t put speed bumps being such a narrow road , that would solve it !! Bug apart from that everything as described thank you

Were looking for somewhere dog friendly & with safe secure external area for our 2 dogs whilst my wife was able to relax whilst me & my son did our speed boat license in New Brighton. This place was perfect & my wife was able to walk to the beach too. Had everything we needed & felt relaxed. Thanks Josh & would recommend to other AirBnB colleagues.

Excellent communication, great instructions on how to find and access. Spotless accommodation with good dog walks close by. Loved all the finishing touches and extras for humans and dogs alike.

A perfect home to visit family nearby. It had everything we needed and the kitchen was lovely and spacious.

Perfect location to attend local event and visit family. Easy access to the train into Liverpool to explore the sights. Lots of cafes, restaurants and pubs - just a short walk away. The house is well equipped, tastefully furnished and a peaceful retreat after a busy day out. Extra bonus of a beautiful little courtyard garden with an abundance of hanging baskets. The beds were very comfortable - a really good night's sleep every night! Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Neil's West Derby house was a joy to spend time in.The little back garden was a nice extra. The house is spacious for a 2 - bedroomed cottage, everything was clean, bright and comfortable. Neil had left us some thoughtful treats and breakfast. Communication with Neil was excellent. We didn't get to meet him, but he is clearly a warm and caring host, very responsive to our queries. West Derby village is charming, full of lovely bars, pubs and restaurants. Neil recommended some of his favourites. Croxteth Country park is a short stroll from Neil's place, and provides great walks ( and a cafe) in the middle of the city. Local buses to the city centre are plentiful and frequent. We left the car at Neil's and took the bus ( 12 and 13 are best) to explore the Pier Head. the river Mersey and the new shopping centre , Liverpool 1. A delightful stay. We would choose Neil's house for our next trip. It's a real gem

The house was comfortable and Andy was really responsive and friendly when we had an issue. It's lovely that he provides food for breakfast. The neighbourhood itself isn't great but was convenient enough with a large supermarket, bus links and not too far from the city centre.

Perfect Spot for a Memorable Night in Liverpool! We stayed here for one night during the Liverpool Premier League parade this year, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The location was absolutely ideal — close enough to walk to all the main parade routes but tucked away just enough for a good night’s sleep afterward. The place itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped for a short stay. Check-in was smooth, and the host was super responsive and helpful, even offering tips on the best spots to catch the celebrations. We felt right at home and had an unforgettable time soaking in the electric atmosphere of the city. If you’re visiting Liverpool — especially for a big event — this is a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended!

This was a lovely spacious house with lots of rooms to spread out socially. The pool was the most amazing feature. The host met us at the property to show us how the pool worked and to give us the lockbox code. They were friendly. They let us know we could message them if we needed anything, then they left us to our own privacy. You might need to bring a spare towel so you have one for the pool and one for the shower. Tea and coffee were provided but you need to make sure you have some milk with you. There was toilet roll, And kitchen roll. Washing up liquid. You might want to bring a box of tissues for General use and some multipurpose cleaning wet wipes. We had a lovely stay and we will definitely be returning.

The cottage was beautiful and really cosy. The area was really quiet, but really close to pubs and a shop (walking distance). We really enjoyed in the jacuzzi, nice warm and we managed to enjoy the swimming pool too. Russell was really responsive to all of your queries.

Our group enjoyed a brilliant two night stay at Tall Trees. Everyone expressed what an exceptional weekend it was! The home is beautifully kept, in a lovely private location, with everything available to us at the home, no need to leave the house if you didn’t want to for a couple of days. Use of the hot tub and outdoor heated pool was a perfect touch to our stay. The home was well equipped with everything you would need. Michael and his mother Susan, have both been excellent hosts, very responsive to our needs and questions and very accommodating. There were some minor issues out of their control during the weekend but again Susan was extremely accommodating and more than happy to address this immediately so as to not impact our stay. Overall a wonderful weekend and stay at Tall Trees, we hope we have the opportunity to return again in future.

Absolutely beautiful home - rooms and outside space was so much bigger than we expected! We stayed for a hen party, and the space was exactly what we needed. Host responded very quickly and even popped in when we needed some extra bits. Pool was a lovely touch, easy to use and warm enough for a late dip even on a cold April evening! Thank you!

Elliee was a fantastic host, the place was spotless and smelt lovely (I have stayed in some that were grubby, so it was most welcome) the stay was fabulous but Elliee went above and beyond when I discovered that I had left my laptop and ipad in the Caravan. It would have been a 3 hour round trip for me to go back and get it but as Elliee lives in the same City as me (by pure chance) she drove all the way over to do the checkout ready for the next guests in the evening I got back when she was originally planning on going the next day. I met her 5 minutes from my house (still going out of her way as she lives half an hour from me) to deliver my work laptop back to me ready for meetings this morning. You cannot ask for a better host than that!!! Thankyou Elliee

A perfect stay for a girls weekend, we loved the house so much. It has such fun and unique decor and was very clean and tidy. The beds were really comfy too! We went into Liverpool via the train which was only a 5 min walk from the house. Perfect location. Laura was amazing as well, very responsive and flexible. We were very grateful. Would absolutely recommend xx

Lindsey’s home is wonderful. Modern, clean, fresh and comfortable all in one. The standout for me was the beautiful yard and Lindsey as a host was amazing. Will be back.

It was my third stay in West Kirby at Kate’s. It’s such a peaceful, tranquil quiet apartment and close to all amenities. I love the fact that it is only a few minutes walk from the promenade area which I particularly love. Enjoy sitting out at nearby cafes enjoying a capuccino in the sun. Wonderful. 👌🙂

Diane is an amazing host and this Airbnb is truly a gem. The location is beautiful, quiet and the views from the cottage our over the fields are amazing. The cottage is luxurious spacious and incredibly well equipped. The kitchen had everything we could want including a proper espresso machine. The local towns are good and have plenty of restaurants and shops, our host also shared several amazing local dog walks with us.

Greg's place is the perfect family or friends meeting place. 3 shower rooms (& a bath), 4 decent sized bedroom and an impressively equipped kitchen. Even non stick pans that are actually non stick (A rare find) The house was immaculately clean and clutter free. Plenty to occupy yourselves with the snooker table, table football and darts. Also lots of games for all ages in the 'secret' playroom. A private garden with an abundance of outdoor furniture, though we were too busy to benefit from it. Also plenty of off road parking for lots of cars. Greg was really helpful, responding incredibly quickly to any questions that I had. Thank you for a great stay Greg, Debbie B

Fantastic in every way, it exceeded our expectations (which were high!). The apartment was stunning, with great thought obviously given to looks, comfort and practicality. Everything about it was generous. Amazing views, peaceful and yet so close to all amenities, buses and trains. A very special place.
