Very cozy and comfortable apartment with two separate bedrooms. Perfect location in the heart of Tsaghkadzor. The house has a bank, groceries, pharmacy. The most delicious restaurants are within 5 minutes of walking. Taxi to the lift costs 300-500 drams (40-60 rubles). Separately, it is worth noting the hospitality of the hostess!

Excellent location, away from Yerevan, from the bustle of the city, I really liked the view from the window to the mountains, lived for a month, I also plan to come! The apartment has everything, come and live.

Great apartment in a quiet location. Conveniently located near Komitas Ave. Komitas and Azatutyan, from where you can go anywhere. I lived for one month in winter - the apartment is warm, I did not freeze. Wahe is very friendly and responsive, answered all questions quickly enough. I recommend it!

The place is sunny, nice and has all the neccessary amenities. The location is pretty good too, quiet but close to everything. The beds are very comfortable, good Wifi, water, bathroom. We are really satisfied with Levon's house. The view is gorgeous indeed! Levon and Armen were very nice, easy to communicate and helpful.

Apartment was very clean, met my requirements due to its special location, facilities and amenities offered.Hostess was very polite,helpful,and friendly.Supermarket,bus stop,parks, restaurants and cafe was just near the apartment.Thanks to the hostess I recommend.

The apartment is on the ground floor, with its own entrance and the ability to park your car comfortably. Nice wifi. Nice hot shower. Plenty of towels, linens and dishes. When it's hot outside, the apartment remains pleasantly cool. In general, everything was nice. Here we managed to take a break and reconnect after a long journey and before the next big car trip. Thank you very much ❤️ [There was no laundry detergent; and shampoo, body wash, hand soap, etc. were not updated when we arrived. But it seems like it shouldn't have been. It just didn't match my expectation, so I note.]

We came in the middle of the night and Arpina was there to greet us. Whenever we needed something she or her mother responded right away. It’s close to corner grocery stores (literally a two minute walk away) and an easy walk to the Rio mall. Is simple to get taxis to the sights like Republic Square and Cascade Complex. We had 14 people (8 adults, 6 children—4 of whom are under 5) stay very comfortably. Only thing to watch out for with children is falling in the pool and if you have really little ones falling down the stairs. We kept careful watch though and everyone enjoyed.

Great option. The entrance to the house is straight from the garage. Check-in from Kalinin Street - on the map it is marked from Getapia Street, but there is only on foot. Convenient location: a couple of minutes walk to the park, in close proximity to shops and a couple of cafes, 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Dilijan. You can hear the river a little through the windows, for me it's a bonus. The house is large, it is clean, the kitchen has everything. The furniture is not the newest, but everything is clean, everything you need to eat. Very polite, helpful and helpful host. Overall a great experience.

We chose this place because we travelled as a family of 7, and it is not easy to find an accommodation that fits such a group. This house was spacious, had sufficient beds and 2 toilets (although only one shower), large living room and a well-equipped kitchen. Edward and his family members communicated with us timely and clearly and met us when we arrived. The location is outside the main street, but it is just a staircase away from a large square where the Dilijan municipality is located. There is a small grocery shop next door and two large supermarkets just 5 min walk. Although the house features a parking in the courtyard, we were not able to park there, since our 7-seater car was too heavy and we had to park at the street nearby (which was easy though).

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean and organized and we would love to stay here again!

Was sweet like our home. Modern, great and peaceful apartment and place to live as we live here for 29 days with great views, beautiful and clean, nice BBQ patio with amazing mountains views, fresh with warm hospitality. Two separate flats in amazing conditions. Syuzanna is very responsible and very friendly. This house is so close to the supermarkets and main road which is you can find everything you wand very easily with really good and fair prices. Me and my wife very happy to choose and live here for this Armenia trip. Dilijan is really nice city and of course we will be choosing it again and again.

Juletta’s place was absolutely perfect! Even though we only spent a night there, it felt like home. Juletta was the sweetest lady ever, very welcoming same accommodating. The house was squeaky clean and cozy. She even left us some home grown herbal tea and dried fruit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this but little Airbnb.

Tigran’s place was immaculate and larger than what appeared in the photos. There was plenty of room for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked. We did not want to be in the center of Yerevan so the location was perfect for us. Mega Mall, grocery store, and pharmacy were within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended this apartment to others.

Really liked it, the host is very polite,always available for help. Thank you very much for your quick response, it was cool in the apartment, in the minimum short period they replaced the battery with a warmer one. The apartment has everything you need, even a little more, thank you for the gift, I recommend to everyone, I recommend it to everyone, a very good option, 5 minutes by taxi to the lift. Wonderful cozy and spacious apartment, has everything you need and even more) towels, bed linen, new toothbrushes in packages, toothpaste, shampoo - in a word, everything you need for a comfortable stay was prepared for our arrival. There are a huge number of different shops around with a great variety of products. Hovanes is a very responsive and kind person, one of the best hosts I've been to - was constantly in touch and helped with any questions. Thank you so much!

Awesome stay! Gayane's apartment is comfortable, with modern furniture and beds, a well-equipped kitchen, awesome water pressure in the shower, and reliable internet. The walk down the hill provides a great view of Dilijan, and getting a taxi to go into town is quite cheap. Gayane herself is lovely to communicate with and speaks excellent English.
