Holiday rentals with a patio in Huerta de Murcia

The apartment is superb and in a very good urbanization. Very clean and doesn't lack anything, including basics in kitchen and bathroom, as well as beach supplies (hammocks, umbrella, children's toys, etc.). It's just 5 minutes from the beach and the area is quiet, but the car is necessary because it has few amenities.

Agustín was very kind at all times. The house is great, everything new and nicely decorated. The super comfortable beds and everything is very clean. Definitely 100% recommended. It is also in the center of the city where you have access to everything.

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

Just what we needed, dry relaxing chilled out four days. Everything we needed very peaceful, will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, well-equipped property. Everything you could possibly need was provided, and the place was spotless and stylish. The pool was a real highlight — clean, inviting, and perfect for soaking up the brilliant weather. Roldán itself is quiet, without a huge amount to do, but that’s part of its charm. It’s the ideal spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and came away feeling totally refreshed. Highly recommend!

Just returned from a week in the townhouse. The location is good under a 25 minute walk to restaurants (6000 steps return) Lovely restaurants - we didn’t cook - Blue Collar, Italian,Chinese buffet and Sofias all lovely - try menu of the day at Blue Collar We didn’t rent a car as our friends live on the next street- one place not to be missed is Cartagena a 30 minute drive The accommodation is in a quiet street with great golf course views Very very comfortable bed upstairs and powerful shower- we had a great time and would return

I found myself in Torre de Cotilla for work and I was lucky enough to stay in this fantastic house, a very large and spacious house, with a barbecue and swimming pool that add an extra touch of class. If I had to come back here, I would definitely come back. The time I spent at home felt like I was on vacation, even though I was here to work, especially for the very quiet area, which I appreciated a lot when I returned from work.

Hosts were very helpful and flexible, always responsive and friendly. The villa was very clean and very quiet! Also walking distance to the supermarket and the town. We had a great stay and would recommend!

the stay in José's house is super pleasant, the house is much nicer in person that in photographs everything is very clean , a lot of kitchenware , everything is very clean towels and clean sheets. We loved the house and the treatment received the area is very quiet and very well located , we felt right at home. I recommend José's apartment 100%

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The house was close to lidl and mc Donalds. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations.

Everything was perfect, a highly recommended place. Javi has been 10/10 and the accommodation is as advertised. If I go back to Elche, I'm sure I'll come back here.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was beautiful, set in a lovely location with a stunning backdrop. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our visit. We also really appreciated the convenience of the onsite bars and restaurants — all of which were great. A special highlight was the 9-hole golf course, which the whole family enjoyed. Great stay! Very spacious apartment, great for kids with a very secure balcony area. Walking distance to the hotel, paddle courts, boulevard (where there are plenty of restaurants) and the local spar. Would recommend a car hire as there are some fantastic restaurants in Los Alcazares and a great beach with beach bars about 15min drive away! Øystein was so helpful throughout our stay and will deff be back to the apartment in the future :) Thanks again Oystein
