Historic farmhouse from 1864, centrally located between the Veluwe forests, heaths and sand drifts and the Veluwemeer the lake surrounding the new land of the polders. Enjoy the space, nature, tranquility and old fishing villages, while cities such as Zwolle, Amersfoort and Amsterdam are easily accessible. The house is equipped with every comfort and a large garden is available for the guests. We have room for 1-6 guests. We do serve an extensive and as much as possible organic breakfast.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Het Voorhuis van onze rijksmonumentale boerderij is gerenoveerd tot een volledig luxe suite met eigen voorzieningen. De originele details, zoals de hoge plafonds, de bedstee wanden en zelfs een originele bedstee waar je in kan slapen, zijn behouden. Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Met de optie om, tegen extra kosten, gebruik te maken van de hottub, sauna en buitendouche kom je heerlijk tot rust

Within cycling distance of the Hoge Veluwe, Apeldoorn station and Paleis het Loo. Ideal location for mountain biking, running and cycling.

The tent is equipped with a pellet stove, kitchen and luxury shower. The tent is located on the southwest, so you can fully enjoy the sunset. The beautiful lake of Bussloo is 5 minutes away. Here you can swim and do water sports. Also here is the famous Thermen Bussloo and a golf course.

Beautiful new (2021) architecturally built wooden holiday home, located on a private forest plot of 1800 m2 near Otterlo. The house features a lovely garden, terrace, outdoor stove, BBQ and HOT TUB (no Jacuzzi) Downstairs, there is a wood stove, open kitchen, bedroom and spacious bathroom. The upper floor can be reached via the stairs from the living room, here there is a 2nd toilet and 2 bedrooms. The house is located near National Park de HogeVeluwe and Kroller Muller Museum.

The Quince, a cozy bed and meadow cottage.

De Kweepeer is a cozy space in the bakery that is located next to a farmhouse. It has all the comforts. Beemte Broekland is located in a rural area between Apeldoorn and Deventer. You like a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easy to reach. You can park the car at the house, and on request, and we will provide a delicious breakfast for you. Come and stay!

Noorder Huisje

Beautiful cottage with a beautiful wide view over the meadows. There is room for 2 adults and possibly 1 baby up to 1 year old. There is a camping bed available for the baby. It is a lovely cozy cottage within walking distance of the bustling & picturesque city center of Voorthuizen. Voorthuizen is the perfect gateway to the Veluwe because of its convenient location. A good base for many hiking and biking trails, and there is plenty to do in the area.

Wellness Guesthouse De Gronding with Jacuzzi/Sauna

Kick back and relax in our wellness guesthouse. Enjoy your private sauna and jacuzzi, to relax all day or after an active day of cycling, walking or shopping in the nearby towns of Deventer, Zutphen or Apeldoorn. Have a morning coffee with an unobstructed view of the fields, and maybe have the neighbour's cows greet you at the fence. At night, relax by the outside fireplace with a glass of wine. It has everything you need, just unpack your bags and enjoy!

Welcome to our beautiful private holiday home located just a 10-minute walk from the Veluwe. The house sleeps 8 people and has 2 luxury double beds, 4 single beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The living room consists of a sitting area, smart TV, fiber optic WiFi, and a wood-burning stove (but also underfloor heating). The kitchen is fully equipped. Optionally bookable: *wood-fired sauna (€50) and hot tub (€150) incl. wood and per weekend.

Roos & Beek: cozy enjoyment on De Veluwe!

Welcome to Roos & Beek The cottage is wonderfully quiet in the outskirts of Vaassen on the Nijmolense stream where you can now also follow the Klompenpad of the same name. But of course you can also take a nice walk in the woods or on the heath. Within a few minutes, you can cycle to the city center, the forest or the Veluwse Bron. We have completely renovated the former bakery in a luxurious rural atmosphere. The enjoyment can begin.

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.
