Despite the central location (bus to downtown and train to Ehrenfeld only a minute away) it is quiet in the apartment as it is located in a back house. The apartment - formerly part of a carpentry workshop renovated to the apartment - impresses with its old building charm, combined with a stylish, high-quality furnishings.

What should not be forgotten is of course the beautiful Phantasialand.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Quietly located but still central, a small forest close by, a swimming lake with water skiing about 10 minutes from here, Phantasialand can be reached in 15 minutes Cologne in about 15 minutes, depending on where you want to go a little longer (by car). Everything is accessible by bus and train. Of course, there's plenty more to explore.

Quiet garden with seating. 6 minutes to the train station. 20 minutes to the city center. The kitchen is only suitable for minor cooking activities, as there is no window and no exhaust hood. That's why there's only one ceramic hob.
