We welcome you to our spacious two story townhouse (250sqm/2700sqft) with a patio (facing south-east) and hot tub. We have wifi, free parking (up to 4 cars). It takes approx. 10 min-15 min to drive/take the bus to the city center. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. There is a playground, football & basketball courts outside our house and close to the ocean and nature. Grocery stores, a few restaurants and a swimming pool are in walking distance (1-3km).

Only 5 km from downtown Reykjavík and 3 km from Grandi, the trendy harbor district, Bus stops are conveniently located right outside.
