Holiday rentals with a fireplace in İçmeler

We spent a beautiful 2 days in a wonderful place with the sincere interest of Mr. Alper. Dinner was quite delicious and appetizers were plenty, we would definitely consider staying🙂 again and recommend it.

We absolutely loved this house! The location is stunning, with a perfect private beach and breathtaking natural surroundings. Everyone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this house!

The house is sufficient in every way and was convenient to go anywhere in terms of location. The house was very clean and had 2 gardens. Also, there were 3 air conditioners in the house. The rooms and the house were quite spacious and the kitchen supplies were enough. It can be preferred for those who want to have a peaceful holiday.

Having direct access to the beach was lovely for sunbathing and swimming. The accommodation is well set up and furnished well. Very clean with everything you would need to cook proper meals in the kitchen should you wish. In terms of the location, we visited at the end of April prior to the 'season' starting. Many of the restaurants/bars that front the beach were still setting up, however two restaurants were open both serving very good food, fresh seafood etc. with very friendly staff. Eser the host went above and beyond to suggest alternatives a short taxi ride away should we desire. Overall a very positive experience.

It was a very nice holiday with everything. Mr. Mehmet was a very kind, caring and friendly host. The house was very nice. Everything that could be needed was in the house. 2 families are designed to accommodate very comfortably. It is located in a very nice location. It was a peaceful holiday in the forest, 10 minutes away from Ykyakaya. We would like to thank our host Mr. Mehmet and his wife for everything. Thanks to them, we felt like we were in our own home. A tasteful and beautifully planned home. The view is spectacular. You have the same amazing view from both the poolside in the garden, from the ground floor bedrooms, as well as the lounge and terrace on the top floor. The house was very clean and the items were well-maintained. The hostess, Ms. Damla and her assistant, Mr. Günay, were both very caring. We had no problems during our stay. It was a very pleasant stay.

For the first time, I booked an apartment online, frankly, I was having trouble with trust. But when I really went, the people who served were friendly and the apartment was very close to everything. Beach, market, etc. Transportation was very convenient for us. It was very clean where we stayed was a plus, a small and cute place where we felt like we were in our home. I'd love to share more stars! We were really very satisfied 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Uğur was very friendly, courteous and polite. He was always reachable. The ladies of the house were also very helpful and provided us with everything we needed. The rooms are exactly as pictured, everything you need is available:) The pool was very nice and above all clean, it was cleaned several times. It was a 5-minute walk to the beach, as was downtown ( market, restaurants, etc.). Top location, central - yet very quiet and private. We recommend the place and Uğur 👍🏼 thanks for everything!

the location is very good, 5-6 minutes to the beach, 10-15 minutes to the marina and the bar street. The house was very clean and tidy. Although we arrived early, Mr. Uğur provided us with flexible check-in. We thank him.

Very spacious villa and a clean & large pool. The host was really attentive to our needs and provided us with satellite TV and WiFi modem on demand. Location wise, it is a bit uphill and 10 min walk away from the beach.

Great house up in the mountains above Içmeler. The road driving up the mountain is very twisty and the road in the neighborhood is rough but the house was high quality and very comfortable to stay in.

Hello. We stayed in a villa with a pool in Ekincik for 3 days. We stayed in a wonderful, quiet, peaceful, wonderful, clean villa in a wonderful nature that was far above my expectations. Mr. Emrah always supported me with the things that stuck in my mind from the reservation to the check-out, and during the home process when I went. We thank him very much for everything. We went with 3 children, everything was perfect. From now on, I will be in contact with him and recommend him for other houses and this beautiful house.

A wonderful house. The garden and poolside are very enjoyable. A perfect choice for a large group of friends in a peaceful environment. The host Nur is very polite and very helpful. We also thank her for the breakfast treats. The architecture of the house is also magnificent.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and was very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable, lots of bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The seating area outside was very comfortable and had beautiful views. We would highly recommend it!

This house is really great for a group holiday, all bedrooms have aircon. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is great for the beach and nice bars/restaurants. The street is shady and it is a short walk to the beautiful beach. Supermarkets, bakeries, exchange office are all within 4 minutes walk. The owner is very responsive and she bought a brand new coffee machine just for us. She was also flexible for the check-in and check-out planning. The only point is that there are not shutters or thick curtains in the bedrooms so they get some light in the mornings, no problem if you are not disturbed by light. There is one shady parking and you can also park more cars in front of the house. We really loved our stay, the 4 kittens outside were a lovely bonus!

The house had everything we might need. I think transportation without a car is impossible, Marmaris is far from the center. You can reach the bays in the Söğüt neighborhood by car in 5 minutes. You will also need a car for the market and other needs. The house, garden and pool are spotless. It was the best house I've ever stayed in through Airbnb:) We thank Ms. Buse, who also helped with activities, bays to visit, boats, etc. :)

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for hosting. The house was as it appeared in the photos, it was spotless and had more than all the equipment we could need, it was clean and new. Mr. Ali also shared all the usage information about the house before the stay. The place was peaceful in the woods. It was very easy to get to the bays and attractions around by car. It was a pleasant holiday for us, I recommend you to experience it ✌️

We had a holiday in a villa for the first time, but we regretted why we didn't do it before because it was just great, Mr. Hakan was very hospitable, he welcomed us very well, and the care they gave to the villa was magnificent, we were not missing anything, and it was too much, so we were very satisfied, I hope we will go again.
