Die Wohnung ist 135 m² groß und liegt nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Zentrum der Stadt Idar-Oberstein entfernt. Sie verfügt über zweieinhalb Schlafzimmer. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich zusätzlich eine Schlafcouch und ein Klappbett. In dem halben Zimmer steht ein Etagenbett. Für die Maße der Betten bitte die Bilder anschauen. Hunde sind erlaubt, dürfen jedoch nicht auf die Möbel. Der Garten darf nicht als Hundetoilette genutzt werden. Die Wohnung ist für Gäste mit Hundeallergie nicht geeignet.
