Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Idra

We had a fantastic time at Katerina's place. The apartment was clean, cozy, quiet and just 10 minutes away from Hydra's city center. Katerina was a super nice host, she gave us a lot of recommendations and was always reachable if we had any questions. The only con was the bathroom, because the shower curtain was a bit short so it didn't prevent water from spilling out on the floor and the toilet didn't always flush correctly. Overall I would still recommend it!

Fabulous apartment, well equipped with many kitchen gadgets, spacious lounge, lovely balcony with sea views. No complaints. The apartment was a considerable distance away from Poros town, more than indicated on the Air B&B map. It is very close to Petros Beach which is our favourite beach with a great taverna behind so we were not too disappointed but it meant a long walk into town and a taxi back. This wasn't a problem for us but could be a deal breaker for others. In the age of computer technology I would think it an easy error to rectify.

Georgios' house is a dreamy place, in the middle of a large garden with lemon and orange trees and with direct access to the sea. The apartment is very nice, tastefully and individually furnished. But the absolute highlight is the large roof terrace with the wonderful view, where you can also endure the heat. A good tavern and a beach bar are just a few minutes' walk away.

They are so helpful and lovely couple. Their place is the one of the cutest apartment of island. I strongly recommend for stay :)

Stella’s place is a little gem in Vathi, peaceful and right in front of the sea. For those seeking relaxation, outstanding view, secluded and authentic atmosphere, it is a no brainer. Stella’s family, owning the best fish taverna of the island downstairs, is more than welcoming, always here to help and making you feel at home. The accommodation is spotless clean, equipped with air conditioning and a practical small kitchen. Highly recommended!

It is a beautiful, magical place in the middle of a valley with a great view and short distance to the sea. We were accompanied by nice animals around the house, like cats and a horse. The hosts were very kind and helpful, they helped up finding a scooter to rent on the island, gave us great food reccommemdations and even picked us up with our lagguage on arrival by the port. We can highly reccommend this place if you are looking for an idylic, calm scenery.

A beautiful, peaceful and comfortable place for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. A taverna 2 steps away to eat and 4kms from the port for the island of Hydra! Perfect! We made a stop in Ermioni, charming village and harbor.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely spot in Hydra. The location is perfect for those who enjoy a bit more peace and quiet—it is tucked away from the busy main port, yet still within easy walking distance. There are charming restaurants, cafés, and small beaches nearby, which made it easy to explore and relax without needing to go far. The house itself is spacious and airy, with a beautiful, open layout that really makes the most of the surroundings. What we especially loved were the multiple outdoor seating areas—perfect for having breakfast, reading in the shade. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a calm, authentic Hydra experience.

The villa was well equipped and we didn't have to ask for anything extra...it was all well thought out. Very easy access to town (walking) and restaurants were close by. Overall had a very lovely 4 days there 😀 Thank you Christiana and family.

We had wonderful days in Nicola’s beautiful house. Pictures really correspond to reality. Christos met us in the harbor and showed us the house upon arrival and Nicolas was quick and helpful in responding to questions before and during our stay. We can highly recommend to stay with Nicolas when visiting fantastic Hydra.

Amanda's place was beautiful and well worth the money. Super easy walking distance to the main town on Poros and plenty of delicious restaurants and a little supermarket nearby. Amanda was lovely and easy to communicate with and the whole check-in/check-out process was very relaxed. An absolute highlight is the Balcony that looks straight on to the harbour. It feels tucked away off the main road, and gets plenty of shade in the morning, so it's a really comfortable place to just relax. The one thing I would say is if you are hoping to just go straight into the sea, the nearest beaches are a bit of a walk away, and the nicest beaches are even further. Nonetheless we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Nikolas's house was everything I expected and more.. The location was about a 40 minute walk from the port, Nikolas sent instructions of how best to get taxi for when we arrived, but once we had tested the walk out the next day we decided it would be ok to walk back with our luggage for the return ferry. There was an amazing bakery about 5 minutes walk from the house and a supermarket with just about everything you may need. We were welcomed by Zoe with lemonade and her own olive oil and the fridge was stocked with water - lovely gesture. The house has everything there to enrich your stay and had a lovely personal touch to it. The local area was fairly quiet, beautiful peaceful beaches and quite a few eating places. Delicious breakfast at Odyssey, and evening meals at a couple of the beach front restaurants which were all good. The port area is much busier and has lots of bars, shops etc, but still has a peaceful aura. Beautiful place and I would return in a heartbeat! ❤️

Such a beautiful place to stay and located next to everything! Dimitrios was friendly, very responsive and helped us with all we needed. Hydra is a beautiful island and we had a terrific view!

I just loved staying at this home and we stayed for a month, the fact that it was outside Hydra and a pleasant coastal, walk into the town was a big attraction. As was the local beach and the swimming. Our host could not have been more welcoming and provided the most wonderful marmalade and a lovely package of basic goods and delicacies. I am hoping that we will be able to stay there again next year!

Perfect flat to discover Hydra. Location is ideal, very central but super calm, and well equipped. Chryssoula is a very responsive host. We'd love to stay here again if we return to Hydra!

We had a wonderful time visiting Hydra and staying at Sophie's apartment. Sophie's parents met us at the ferry landing and walked us up to the apartment when we arrived, showing us places to swim, where to eat, etc. They were so wonderful, warm, and welcoming, making our visit to the island even more special! And Sophie's mother made us a little cake that was super delicious and a wonderful treat to arrive to. The apartment had all we needed for cooking at home, doing some laundry, etc. and the view from the balcony was truly stunning! It is well-located (but you definitely need to be willing to walk up and down stairs or hills). There is a good bakery at the bottom of the hill near the apartment that had great bread and sandwiches, and also a fantastic new bakery opened up on the island called Croissaint, which we would highly recommend. We loved our visit to Hydra!

This place is a gem! Felt so comfortable, didn’t really want to leave ! Myrsini is so friendly and lovely! She checked us in very late at night which was so helpful for our travel plans! The restaurants she recommended near by are great too! One of the best air bnbs we stayed at! 5stars!!! 🥰

Great apartment with everything you need in a great location. Lots going on in the neighbourhood but the apartment was quiet at night. We'd recommend staying here!

Had a lovely time in Athens with my Wife and our baby. We felt very comfortable in Fotis’ air bnb. It was exactly what we needed! It was very clean. Also, very good communication between Fotis and us. He recommended us some great restaurants and things to see/do. Only a 10/15 min walk from all the main attractions in Athens. Would 100% recommend come and stay again in the future!

Mia's Atelier is a lovely gem of a place to stay in Athens. The view of the Acropolis from the lovely terrace area is superb - couldn't be better. Having the very large terrace is great. The apartment is cozy, a lovely top floor artist studio type of place - large bedroom, small eat in kitchen, good ariconditioning and lovely view. Great place in Athens! Aris and Dimitra were excellent and very responsive hosts. Definitely would stay again. Thank you!

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.
