Podere Vergianoni is an ancient and authentic farmhouse dating back to the 17th century located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany. The apartment is impeccably furnished in the traditional local style of old Tuscany: ancient wooden beams, terracotta floors, and unique furniture. In the large outdoor courtyard, you'll find a large swimming pool on a panoramic terrace at your disposal, overlooking the valley with breathtaking views of vineyards and olive groves, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.

Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.

The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

Right in front of the archaeological site of "Vallebuona", where the Roman stately residences once stood, is located "La Domus di Marta", a comfortable and quiet apartment with an independent entrance, recently renovated with respect and conservation of some of the original elements. Each view is panoramic, the large private terrace overlooks the beautiful archaeological complex of the Roman theater and thermal baths of Volterra.

Nestled on a panoramic hill and located just 3.8 km from the historic city of Volterra, Podere Casalino is easily accessible via a paved road and has private parking onsite. This traditional Tuscan farmhouse is set in the Volterra countryside, and was completely restored and preserved 25 years ago and updated again in late 2024. A new kitchen has been installed in Spring 2025.
