Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. The villa is in a very good location, we have everything nearby, there is even a Carrefour 100 m away. Thanks again. See you soon, I'll be back.

This jewel is right on the beach called Limnos, only a few minutes drive from Limnia, Volissos and Agia Markella. We have spent many hours on the two balconies staring at the sea or the stars. Our hosts had also supplied a parasol and sun loungers for us to enjoy the beach while swimming. Because it was low season, it felt as if we’ve had the whole Limnos area and beach to ourselves; what a luxury! Though there was no horeca within walking distance open yet, we didn’t have to drive far to enjoy scrumptious food and drinks. The traditional bakery “Klossa” in Volissos has been a highlight and already a fond memory. Our hosts received us with big warm smiles and an overflowing bowl of seasonal fruit. They have been friendly, discreet, helpful, flexible and very generous in every way.

We had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful house for two days. Cleanliness is usually the top priority for us. It was very clean and we were very satisfied like our own home. We went with our 2 children and had a great time. Of course, we were so satisfied. We loved Mr. Recep and his wife Ms. Cansu, sincerely,🙂 friendly and nice people. We plan to go again in the summer.

It was as clean as a villa could be. The pool was also spotless. I think the pool was bigger than it looked in the photos. It was on the BBQ and we were able to use it. The kitchen was very tidy. There were glasses, pots, tea, kettle, etc. There were only holes in the mosquito nets. We dealt with a few mosquitoes. Other than that, it was perfect. The place where the house is located is very calm and peaceful. 8/10 minutes away from Ilica beach by car. She really deserved her money. Ms. Cansel answered our questions quickly and was very interested. I recommend it to everyone.

Staying at Duygu’s place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking nature — lush greenery, birdsong, and the most stunning lake view I’ve ever seen. Every morning felt like waking up in a peaceful painting. The sunsets over the water were simply magical. Duygu was a wonderful host — warm, responsive, and truly thoughtful. You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a special experience for her guests. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and perfectly in tune with the serene surroundings. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and soak in true beauty, this is it. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my return. Zafar was amazingly responsive. The location was great and it was 2 minutes away from the city center.

we enjoyed our stay 2 adults and 2 kids enough space, 10 min walk to grocery stores. very enjoyable staying in the garden, my kids loved the hammock. everything that you would need in a kitchen. 10min drive to the send beach great for kids ( entrance 450 TL per adult). restaurants where in the neighbourhood, you even have a paediatric dr across the street 😁I totally recommend the place

Alexandros helped us a lot from the beginning to the end of the process. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos. It was especially enjoyable to watch the view of the large terrace and the sunset. We found everything we needed in the house. It was a 10-minute walk to the center and it was easy to find a place to park a car in the neighborhood. We recommend a house that we would prefer when we come back to Chios.

Avra's hosting was great. We had a great holiday with our 1.5-year-old son. If we come to Chios again, we will definitely stay here again. The house had everything you needed. Nearby restaurants were sufficient for dinners. We used the nearby grocery store for small needs. The house is in a quiet and wonderful location. It is very easy to reach the sea.

It was located close to the downtown area of Izumil, and it was very easy to sightsee. The room was clean, well-equipped, and I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay. The host Doa was also very kind and answered questions within 10 minutes, and I was able to stay without any problems.

From the moment I booked, Vasiliki was in touch and so kind. I honestly felt like she was an old friend. She was always available and gave us wonderful local tips especially for restaurants. The house itself was spotless, brand new, fully equipped and perfectly located with a beautiful bay view from the large balcony, just a few steps away to the sea, very close to the most amazing beaches. Everything was smooth and relaxing. The check-in & c/o were super easy. It was simply a perfect stay: 10/10, fully recommended! This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Expectations were more than met. The location is perfect (right on the Chios Fortress, close to the harbor) to explore the town of Chios, which has some very good restaurants and bars, on foot. The apartment itself is brand new furnished with high quality branded products. In addition, from coffee to milk & water, everything is there for a good start. The hostess is also very friendly and flexible, easily accessible, and very helpful. A very clear recommendation! Also for families (we: two adults, two children), as there are two beds in a separate room. Glad to come back!

it was a lovely holiday, the house is really close to city center and easy to find parking place near to the house. the owner helps a lot to us and have so many good recommendations about the island, places and beaches.
