Hotel holiday rentals in Illinois River

We went up to get married there! The hosts went above and beyond! 10/10 we all had our own bathroom to get ready in and we all piled into room 2 and played card games that they had provided and were able to get cozy all together and had a memorable trip. The balancing was amazing for pictures, and beautiful first thing in the morning watching the sunrise and looking at the scenery. The church was stunning, so perfect for a small intimate ceremony. It was just perfect, price was awesome for everything that came along with using the B&B. Jordan and her husband are amazing! Have recommended this place to everyone, we will be returning here to celebrate our anniversary & hopefully play a round of golf.

Sarah seems to own one of the buildings that was formerly part of a Best Western motel. The furnishings are a bit tired but the room, the linens and the bathroom were clean. There was a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker and the heater worked very well. The location is about 4 miles from campus but is a very easy drive. The room was quiet and the parking was easy. Although there is no WiFi, my data package was enough for moderate streaming and browsing. I got good value for money and no unpleasant surprises. I would definitely return.

place was fresh and very clean. walkable distance to all the bars and nightlife. I loved that there was a menu to the restaurant next door it really wrapped the night up great.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place. Smelled very clean when we walked in. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The place met all my needs and so close to UIUC campus with plenty of places to eat along the way. We look forward to future visits! Thank you!!

Stayed there for 2 months. It's a pretty good deal if you don't mind not being in a luxury-type place. I'm very happy to say that we did not see a single bug (minus a tiny little spider) the entire time we were there. Be aware that the washer and dryer are not hooked up, so they cannot be used. Nonetheless, I still think the price is quite fair.

You get what you pay for and I thought this was great quality for the price.

As many others have stated, listing is outdated and appears to be unrenovated portion of the Best Western. Nonetheless, clean and very comfy... For the price, in this area, can't beat! Sara was very responsive and accommodating.

This was a great spot to stay for our group. We would definitely stay here again! I will say if you need a kitchen make sure to call ahead and get that detail squared away because not every extended stay has them available.

Very nice hotel staff and quiet place to stay.

This is a nicely renovated Motel 6. No carpet was good to see, bathroom spacious with all new fixtures, very comfy bed with soft sheets, microwave and frig as well as a tv. Worth the price .

Close to Coon Creek Boat Ramp, Castaways (all your bait and camping needs), Findley 5 minutes away for restaurants and 0% ethanol for your boat.

I always love staying at the Foxmore when I’m in town for work. Now that it’s warm out I tried the veranda on the second floor and loved hanging out there with a book!

One of the coolest places I have stayed. AirBnB at its best. I can’t recommend this place enough. Every details thought of. It functions well and the design elements are spot on.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and enjoyed staying in such a unique place. We definitely will reserve a room again the next time we are in Chillicothe.

I was traveling across multiple states and met a friend here. It was the perfect space to recharge, relax, and breathe. Beautiful room, very clean, and restful. I accidentally left an item in the room and they contacted me immediately upon finding it, and arranged for me to get it. Beautiful room, peaceful location, wonderful space. I absolutely would come here again.

The Carnegie was a former library that has been redone. It is absolutely beautiful! Outside our room was common area with a small coffee bar, couches, and a TV. The sleeping area was very clean and comfortable. Located downtown, it was in walking distance of shopping and dining. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely book again! Very impressed with the responsiveness. We booked around 7pm on a Friday to stay that night. With many things going on in town, the stay was confirmed and we had instructions in less than a half hour.
