Die großzügig ausgestattete Küche bietet die Möglichkeit sich komplett selbst zu verpflegen. Das komfortable Schlafzimmer Ist mit einem 1,80 m breiten Doppelbett ausgestattet. Falls nötig ist ein weiterer Schlafplatz schnell auf dem Schrankbett gerichtet. Als besonderes Highlight befindet sich eine Sauna in dem Ferienhaus.

Do as the barons of Witzleben did and move your "home away from home" to the Geratal. In the "Landhaus am Waldesrand" you will find a fantastic accommodation (approx. 100 square meters). It has an open living / dining area, an open comfortable kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with bath and shower, terrace and large garden.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

The climatic health resort of Masserberg as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Hiking, cycling and cross-country trails are right outside the front door.
