Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Easy access: cycle to the nearby bus stop (free bikes provided) and reach central Amsterdam in less than 20 minutes. On the edge of a nature reserve, just outside Amsterdam, you’ll find our fully renovated guesthouse. A sunny house with beautiful views, this oasis of calm is the perfect base to explore the area, including historic towns such as Monnickendam and Marken. Amsterdam is literally just around the corner - an ideal retreat to escape the city bustle and return refreshed the next day.

Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

This cosy apartment is a hidden gem in the centre of a peaceful little village but only 15 minutes by bus from Amsterdam central station! This small village has all dutch characteristics. Cute houses, relaxed atmosphere, a local brown cafe and a mini shop. You’ll fall in love with it easily! Walk or cycle along green meadows, cows and farms. Are you tired of the city? Are you looking for a special destination for a vacation in your own country? I would like to welcome you to my unique location in the middle of the countryside of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. The ferry is, by the way, private property, and is only used by my guests.

You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.

In the morning, you see the sun rise on the horizon, in the evening you dine on the jetty by the water while grebes and coots swim by.
