The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

A steep and narrow staircase takes you up to the apartment, with stunning views especially from the balcony. There´s a lovely, welcoming second-hand bookshop down below, too.

The city of Imst can be reached by car in about 5 - 7 minutes.

Very centrally located in the middle of many sights. Sensational panoramic terrace!!! Travel time to the next ski/hiking area: 5 min. Great bus connections right next to the building; ski/equipment storage possible right next to the car park. Great equipment with high-end kitchen incl. steamer, induction, coffee machine and dishwasher. TV, washing machine and dryer are also available in the flat. This accommodation gives you access to the region's guest card!

The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

It was a wonderfully detailed hobbit cave, which looks like the pictures. Nevertheless, a modern bathroom and a small kitchenette. There is even an electronic cooking pot. Very cozy - happy to come back! 😊

There was a shed to store our bikes in and Alex's parents made sure we settled in ok as Alex was away, but he was very responsive via messages. The bathroom was lovely especially the shower. Excellent location in the main street.

An apartment in a beautiful location, a large terrace overlooking the valley and the mountains. Extremely spacious, modern, with a well stocked kitchen. A friendly and helpful host. We had an internet issue the first evening and it was quickly resolved. If we're in the area, we'd love to host again.
