It offers relaxed days for those seeking peace and quiet as well as various activities for sports enthusiasts. In the immediate vicinity is the beach (newly built in 2024), the mini golf course, a boat rental, a skating rink and the possibility of SUP. Due to the location in the "Dreiländereck" [tri-border area], this is the perfect starting point for cycling tours and hikes.

By train, you can reach the Festspielhaus in Bregenz in 5 minutes. In the immediate vicinity begins the local recreation area "Lauteracher Ried" with a popular swimming lake. The first ski resorts can be reached in 20 minutes.

The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.
