PRIVATE cosy apartment with self-checkin. Late check-in is no problem. Only 7 min. (4.4 km - see pic) drive to/from the ferry terminal. Guests have access to the entire 1st floor with a private entrance. Parking for a car or motorcycle. Two new beds with bed linen included. A 120 cm bed, and a 160 cm SOFAbed. Thick top mattresses for extra comfort. Kitchen has two hotplates, fridge/freezer and microwave. There are chairs in the garden to enjoy morning/evening sun. Restaurants in the city centre.

The cabin was new in February 2017. It is modern, functional and has a panorama view, a perfect basecamp for a variety of hikes and trips in addition to relaxing around the cabin. The area offers great possibilities for fishing trout in the mountain lakes and salmon in the Bjerkreimselva, listed as one of the best salmon rivers in Norway! Try also the Kodlom lake just outside the door! In the winter season, Stavtjørn is well known for its excellent cross country and alpine skiing terrain.

The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from Cycling Route 3. Very fast internet. Bathing area in the river 50 m from the cabin . A lot of hiking trails. Robot boat can be borrowed. A lot of small fish in the river. Don't need a fishing license.

Our apartment is located in a peaceful forested area just outside of Mandal. Mandal is 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes to Kristiansand, and 10 minutes to the sea. The apartment has a queen sized bed and a sleeping couch that can also be made into a queen sized bed. We can also provide baby cribs for families travelling with small ones. The apartment has a private entrance and parking for up to three vehicles.
