Quiet oasis of well-being | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Small, clean apartment in the basement

I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

Ingolstadt (Old Town, a former bakery house)

Apartment is located on the second floor, in a listed townhouse . The apartment is furnished in retro design with many listed windows, ceilings, doors, walls... Close to outdoor and indoor swimming pool, park (green belt that goes around the old town) and of course the old town with shopping, cafes, bars, museums (medicine and museum for concrete art). Audi AG works for a short time. The guest is welcomed and guided, help possible at any time from neighboring rooms.
