This is a beautiful apartment in Freising. Exactly as the pictures show and in an ideal location. Everything was set up perfectly for our stay and I’d highly recommend this listing.

Beautiful apartment with large kitchen and balcony - with two bedrooms perfect for friends with children on a weekend trip. Sandra is super nice and helpful and was always quick to reach. The apartment is within walking distance of the train station and the city center, a large playground, beer garden and supermarkets are just around the corner. We felt very comfortable.

We had a nice night in the beautiful accommodation. The accommodation looks neat and well cared for. It was also very fully equipped, only no microwave/oven. Friendly reception upon arrival but sometimes difficult in communication if you do not speak the German language well (it worked out). In the accommodation there were some local products as a gift, very thoughtful. Please note if your cot is needed that you book it, this is not standard (arranged for us by the host). Highly recommended for staying.

We had a wonderful time in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The house is located in an idyllic setting – perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Everything was very well maintained and lovingly furnished, you can immediately tell that a lot of heart is put into the work here. Lisa and Max were simply great: despite many inquiries, they always took the time to support us in a friendly and helpful way. They were very eager to fulfill our every wish and made sure that we could feel completely comfortable. You rarely experience so much commitment and cordiality! We can absolutely recommend this place and will be happy to come back. Thank you for these wonderful days!

We immediately felt at home. The home is very cosy and clean, all amenities are in walking distance. Also, good location to do some excursions to Munich or the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay and the very friendly hosts !

Wow! This was one of my most enjoyable and memorable vacation homes that I’ve stayed in. It was first class feeling in a way my wife felt safe and very comfortable while having a unique vibe with the beautiful loft and vaulted wood ceiling. The hosts were extremely helpful and gracious and we would definitely hope to stay here again!

Nice one-room apartment, clean, small kitchen and bathroom all clean and appetizing! Very nice balcony with a very nice view of the spa park! You can watch the birds wonderfully! Peaceful and relaxed!

We immediately felt comfortable here. The apartment is lovingly furnished and with details, well maintained and clean. The highlight is the terrace and the location is great with the proximity to the lake! Frank and Domenik were very friendly and helpful and the communication was relaxed. I'm sure we'll be back!

Very spacious apartment. . Washing machine was very handy and clothes drying rack big enough to hang a load of washing. Kitchen worked well to prepare our own dinner and breakfast. Bathroom was great - spacious and shower had good water pressure! We enjoyed the big dining table. Bedroom without window did not bother us. Instructions for check-in was very clear. We enjoyed our stay at Max’s apartment.

The place is very cozy and very comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood, with all the necessities you can expect. The host was very helpful and provided very clear instructions for both the check-in and the transportation to and from the city. Would definitely visit again!

We had a lovely stay at Katharina’s place. The apartment was conveniently located on the tram line so we were able to get downtown very quickly by tram/subway! It was also nice to be away from the hustle and bustle - the apartment was quiet and had a great balcony to enjoy the sunshine. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated having access to laundry! Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Andrea is a responsive person to our questions before arriving at the accommodation: use of transport in Munich, directions to get to the accommodation and nearby shops, large arrival time (appreciable when you come from far away!). The accommodation was clean, bright, very well equipped. Andrea is a friendly and helpful person. Thank you for this very pleasant stay, we will come back with great pleasure.

Wolfger is a great host. A man of culture and generosity. He loves to share his life experiences and create new ones with his guests. The apartment is within 7 minutes walk of Neuperlach Zentrum Ubahn, from where you can be in Central Munich within 15 minutes. The shopping centre at Neuperlach Zentrum has every shop you could expect, and there are plenty of places to eat if Wolfger can't tempt you with a homemade dish.

Easy and fast check in. The premises were kept clean and modern. You felt right at home. You can reach almost all activities by car within 20-30 minutes. Our highlight was the whirlpool in the evening :). In the evening & at night it is quiet although the accommodation is on the street. We had a nice, fun and eventful week in Erding. I recommend it to everyone. Thanks to Chris & Laura

All good. Rooms are all individually lockable, so be careful not to lock yourself out at night (code was directly above the lock, so not bad). And you should be aware that the pool and garden are of course also used by the residents. Nevertheless, it was very nice that you could use it as a guest.

The stay was really great. Everything we needed was there. The location is very nice and you feel right there. There is a special plus for the hot tub, which can be heated with wood. That was a great treat. The location to Lake Ammersee is very good, you should definitely be traveling by car.

It was one of the best stay!!

We stayed two nights in Sonja's new apartment as a family with our two children. This is the basement of her house, superbly furnished, very well-equipped, brand new and impeccably clean! We had a great time, and the little touches were much appreciated. I highly recommend it! Thanks again, Sonja!

We felt completely comfortable from the first moment! Tina and Oliver are incredibly warm and helpful - you can immediately tell that they care about the well-being of their guests. There are several apartments in the house. The balcony is shared with another apartment, the garden anyway. Since smoking is allowed on the balcony and in the garden, we left before moving in. The landlords were very friendly and understanding and proactively initiated the free cancellation with Airbnb in agreement with us. Otherwise a very nice area. We only saw the apartment briefly, as Michaela was still cleaning when we arrived.
