The chalet is beautifully situated on a mountain slope, giving you a beautiful view over the mountains and the valley, with the village of Stadl in the distance. The living area of the chalet is 115m2, with a spacious and sunny terrace all around. In the immediate vicinity are the beautiful and cozy ski areas of Kreischberg, Katschberg and Turracher Höhe.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

It is important to us that you feel comfortable in our chalet. Since we also use it ourselves, it is very lovingly furnished and decorated - as you can see from the photos. An ecologically sustainable new wooden house is looking for friendly residents. Modern, comfortably equipped and with everything you need to really relax. Hillside - within walking distance of the mountains, to the pubs and in a few minutes by car to the lake. Spacious living room with many opportunities to retreat. For a few days there has also been an outdoor sauna, which serves for relaxation after an extensive hike.

A charming cottage in a Troadkasten look with modern amenities in Alpine style overlooking a beautiful orchard is at your disposal. The 100% wooden house offers every luxury despite minimalist space.
