The apartment is on the 1st floor of a two-family house and was completely renovated and newly furnished at the beginning of 2023.

The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. This special and quiet accommodation is located in one of the oldest parts of Innsbruck, just 10 minutes from the old town and 5 minutes from nature. As part of the Innsbruck tourist region, we can provide you with the Welcome Cards. Relax on the private terrace, in the cozy living room or enjoy the view of the sky from bed. The apartment has a 160 cm double bed and a 140 cm bed on a plateau (not suitable for small children).
