Situated on the outskirts of a Tyrolian mountain village this place offers you a wonderful-broad view. The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

The flat is located in a the historic part of Innsbruck - St Nikolaus. We have good public transport connections and free parking on our property. The flat is on the first floor with a generous balcony with a beautiful view. We offer a large bedroom with a double bed, TV and a single bed. In the living room we have dining table, TV and a sleeping couch. In the second bedroom with have a second double bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Also we have a fast internet 150/50Mbps.

The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. The apartment offers 35sqm in a sunny location with sun terrace, which can be used to relax. The apartment is a 10-minute drive from the Axamer Lizum ski area and a 20-minute drive to Innsbruck. Since there is no supermarket, it is best to stop at the supermarket "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen).
