Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Inver Grove Heights

A perfect home base for our travels around St. Paul! We felt right at home with plenty of privacy, and one of the cleanest AirBnBs I've stayed in for sure. Jennifer had lots of special touches and helpful extras that made us feel well taken care of. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, never an issue parking on the street right outside, and near plenty of good restaurants and coffee. Thank you for your hospitality!

One of the rare times I felt the place looked better than the photos! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again when in Minneapolis. I felt right at home, it was clean, comfortable bed, easy check-in. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, the university, Stone Arch Bridge. Very good value for the price I paid. Note that there isn’t a washer/dryer in unit, rather the building had a room, use quarters.

I absolutely have nothing negative to say! This place was exactly as described. It was super cozy, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, full of amenities, and the owners were beyond quick with their communication. Five stars!!

Roger and Vicki were responsive, friendly hosts. They were eager to ensure that we had everything we needed and flexible in working with us for check-in and check-out. We even received some homemade baked goods, a delightful bonus 😊 The unit was comfy and well-appointed. We loved the ability to allocate our rental donation at the Shelter with a Cause. As an added plus, we got to shelter in the basement with the hosts and some of their family members when the tornado sirens sounded just minutes after our arrival! We appreciated being taken care of so well 😊

John and Zina are terrific hosts and the space is perfect for a weekend getaway. It's well appointed and comfortable. Easy walking distance from Minneapolis Institute of Art, Eat Street restaurants, and shopping. Nice access to biking trails, too. Highly recommended!

Excellent location in St. Paul. Fair number of restaurants within walking distance. Apartment is large and roomy. Beds are quite comfortable.

Really enjoyed the quiet location. Would have spent more time on the property, were it not for the fact that we spent long days with family in the area! Plenty of nice touches, including the heated bathroom floor! Would def stay here again.

It was a beautiful space & very spacious as well! It felt much bigger than what the photos even looked like. Everything was super easy to use, it’s a very safe and beautiful neighborhood and great location, you are so close to everything with a max 15 mins. Mycah was so friendly & checked in on us every day to make sure we were taken care of, she was a great host & we definitely want to come back here again!!

Shoni is a great host and easy to communicate with! The home was perfect for our trip (visiting family) and very clean. Location is very close to airport and near the light rail and a bus that go to downtown. Recommend Rick’s coffee, Asa’s bagels and Crema cafe in the neighborhood! Neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and lovely to walk around. Would definitely stay again.

Had a fantastic stay! Infinity was very responsive and accommodating! Great home- plenty of space, beds, bathrooms, clean on arrival, great kitchen area, and the pool/foosball tables were fun! Would stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Saint Paul!

Looks just like pictures. Cozy. Family & dog friendly. comfy beds. loved the yard and porch. fridge is huge. host very friendly. Shower wouldnt shut off but a screwdriver to tighten it fixed it. comfy beds. cold AC. host was very responsive to any questions we had. house is old and welcoming and I absolutely loved it. Would love to stay again next year. Only minor downside is the stairs are narrow but it's an old house so to be expected. Absolutely recommend staying here. Also love the provided cleaning/soap/ dust pan/vacuum amenities. Quite helpful. tysm for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the most beautiful house we've used on Airbnb! Everyone in our group was sad to leave. Another Airbnb didn't work out and Heidi was able to accommodate us on very short notice. We actually felt fortunate that the original place was a bust. The place had everything we needed. We all definitely felt right at home at the Prospect House. Our son will attend the U, so we home to stay again. Thanks!

Great little house to stay in for a few days! Basement bathroom could have been a little nicer. But everything else was perfect. Would stay here again if I make it back to Minnesota!

It is as advertised, Studio Apartment, Pull out couch, right next to train that'll get you to downtown or Mall of America, and beautiful hiking for the Mississippi as well as Minnehaha falls was wonderful (12 min walk!)

This was hands down the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in! We visited as a family and had an amazing time. The location is perfect—just a short walk to downtown with stunning views of the town. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous—every detail was so thoughtfully designed and beautifully styled. It truly felt like a home away from home. The glam touches throughout make it an ideal spot for a girls' weekend or bachelorette party. I wasn’t even planning to get ready in the mornings, but the chic vanity area was too fun to resist! Megan (the host) was incredible—super responsive, helpful, and kind, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% recommend it. Can’t wait to come back!

This place was exactly what we needed. Super responsive hosts (within 10 min every time!). We felt right at home. Fast WiFi for work, beautiful and great location for restaurants, bike paths and even some clubs near by. We were very happy with our stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

There was one issue with the tub and bath sink drain. They had someone out the next morning. Very responsive. The communication was also very good, again very responsive with any questions I had.

Comfortable, clean, well stocked and great location

I absolutely loved my stay, this the best Airbnb I have ever been in. It was super clean and had lovely, modern fixtures. I loved having the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer. It had a super comfy bed and was very well furnished, especially with kitchen appliances. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and has lots of good shopping, restaurants and walking paths nearby. Lucy and her husband were very kind and responsive, respected my privacy and put so much care and thought in hosting this space. I was genuinely sad when my stay came to an end.

Tastefully appointed with everything you could need. Bigger than it looks in photos. Very thoughtful and kind owners. We LOVED our stay!!!
