A beautiful comfortable home with a convenient fenced garden, lovely and clean, powerful shower, very responsive host. We had the perfect stay, everything you need is available. Pet friendly and great peaceful location.

Excellent and peaceful location, 15 min drive from Ioannina. The place was warm and fully equipped! Didn't need to bring anything with us. Efstathios' father, who lives next door, is a kind person with a beautiful soul, and always helpful! Strongly recommended!

Cozy, modern and spacious place next to super market and bakery.

Everything was amazing! If I could have a neighbor like her I’d love it or rent from her it would be amazing I’d assume. Very kind and nice, showed us around the Airbnb and how to use everything. The warning about the cats was a true thing. Cats around there are not to be messed with. I didn’t get close to any but one did like try to scare me. Obviously, I’m not scared of cats so I didn’t care. But there’s no need to go near them or anything. It was beautiful and very well kept I’d stay here again no questions!!!

Harmony Villa is a recently renovated home tucked away in a private enclave in the old walled city. This three story, three- bedroom, two and half bath home has all the amenities – touch lighting, power curtains, walk-in showers and a well-equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. A full washer and dryer are located downstairs next to the children’s playroom. The playroom leads to the one-car garage. Outside spaces are found as an upstairs balcony and a screened back lanai, both overlook a fragrant backyard flower garden. The home is also tastefully designed with avant-garde lighting fixtures, hardwood floors, fireplace, and on the wall coverings depict an idyllic lake. As we stayed 17-days, we prepared many meals in the kitchen with ease. Moreover, Konstantina is super responsive. What’s more is that the home is serviced every three days. What a find!

We stay two nights at the apartment, and we enjoy it very much. George was really polite and give to us some advices for visiting the city. The apartment was very clean and we have everything that we needed. I highly recommend this place.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Very cozy house (with three heating options), spotless, thoughtful and full equipped. The owners are friendly and very discreet. I was surprised that they had made sure there were many options for breakfast. The neighbourhood is quiet and you find parking easily.

An absolute gem of a place. I was traveling from Canada and was thoroughly impressed by the quality and comfort of this accommodation. The apartment is exceptionally spacious, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with all essential amenities—including the added bonus of on-site parking, which is often difficult to find in the area. An outstanding host—gracious, attentive, and incredibly responsive. Despite our late arrival at 2:00 a.m. due to traffic delays, she had arranged for seamless self-check-in, which made the experience completely stress-free. Her prompt communication and helpfulness throughout our stay were truly appreciated. This was one of the most pleasant stays I’ve had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I will most certainly return.

It was a very pleasant stay. I really recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy nature but being close to Ioannina at the same time. Host was very nice, we were attending wedding, so he borrowed us an iron. He left some snacks on the table which was super nice. And he has the cutest dogs on earth. It is a little bit hard to find this place, so I recommend it to people with 🚗

Aikaterini home was very nicely decorated and it was very close to the center where the lake is located, which is worth visiting! Aikaterini was always quick to reply and was very helpful in directing us on where to go in the area. She even had a homeade snack for us, which was very thoughtful! Overall, our stay was a very pleasant one and we would definitely recommend Aikaterini's home for your stay in Ioannina!

Had a short but great stay. Exactly as described and the photos.

The 5 of us enjoyed staying at this new apartment. It was clean, warm and had lots of hot water. The children had toys to play with, along with games and books to read. The apartment had a beautiful view of the mountains and was only a short drive to the center of Ioannina. Thanasis and Georgia were gracious hosts and gave us suggestions on things to do in the area.

The apartment is exactly as it is shown. Everything was clean and fresh and we enjoyed every minute. You should have a car so you could drive the next city ioninna

The place is very clean, warm and cozy. We had a great time during our stay. Katerina as a host was welcoming and gave us a lot of information about the surrounding area which helped elevate our journey and experiences.

Magical spot in a magical town. You are steps away from great hiking amongst the towering rocks and a short walk to some excellent restaurants. We only stayed one night but wish we had stayed longer.

Our stay at the Mouzakles townhouse was excellent. We visited it by 2 families, 4 adults and 2 children, in early January and we were greeted by Mrs. Anthoula who gave us accurate instructions for the house and the surrounding area. The first thing that impressed us was the warmth you felt when you walked in inside and the areas of the townhouse, large bedrooms and with comfortable beds. Seamless internet access, for browsing the speeds were enough satisfactory, did not try streaming. There are 2 toilets, one on each floor, convenient for 2 families. The fireplace in the living room is perfect for gathering guests for conversation and/or board games in front of it. In the yard there is a treehouse equipped with toys where the kids spent several hours and enjoyed it with their hearts. The view of the snowy mountains combined with the quietness of the area from other noises makes the morning coffee experience enjoyable. We had a great time

We were 2 families , total of 10 people. There was plenty of room for all of us, air conditioning in each room (2 in the shared area) and fully equipped kitchen. Big garden with out door kitchen. The mini-market and bakery are walking distance , 5 minutes drive to supermarket, 15 minute drive to Ioannina. Each day we drove 1-1.5 hours to different attractions in Zagori. The owner was very nice and helpful. The house was perfect for all our needs.

Charming stone house located on a hillside with a beautiful view outside the picture window in the living room. We ate breakfast outside on the covered porch every morning with the birds singing. Although the town was not drivable, the house was very accessible to the parking and the host arranged for someone to help us bring our luggage to the house. Paris responded immediately to our requests, which were minor. He even met us for coffee one day at a nearby village to be sure that we had good information and ideas for local hikes and how to best take advantage of the opportunities of the region. At the house there is a full description of the many hikes and restaurants in the area. Paris seemed genuinely concerned with our comfort and our enjoyment of the Zagori.

Everything was as described. Very friendly and beautiful stay in the very clean and well-maintained house. We even received a cake as a welcome. We had very quick and pleasant conversations on all questions and points. We can only recommend booking here!
