Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ioulis

How should I start... The place is located in the authentic side of Kea, the east side of the island. It was super peaceful and you have all the privacy you need, while being close to a tavern and a mini market. The garden outside, actually it's not just a garden, it's a huge piece of land, with many places to sit and relax, was so beautiful that we wanted to spend all our time there! At night, you could hear all the sounds of nature and look at the stars, while enjoying the amazing patio with a glass of wine! You need a car to go to the beach, but, that's the point! Be able to visit all the amazing beaches in the east side of the island, which are located between 10-20 minutes drive (a super normal distance for Kea). The house was very clean and it had all the amenities needed. The host was super responsive with a couple of requests we had. I strongly recommend this house and we will visit it again soon!

The location of the house is great. It is situated on the hill overlooking the vast sea. Easily accessible. The house is fully equipped with anything you need. It’s super clean and beautiful. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. During the daytime you can see many nearby island and during the night you can watch million of stars. Perfect place for relaxation. The host is very warm, welcoming and helpful. We totally enjoyed ourselves and definitely would love to come again.

A charming house at the top of the village, very nice, a warm interior and two beautiful terraces. In June, we took advantage of the residence to ourselves, it was great. Communication was seamless and everything went very well.

an absolute must for those who love peace and privacy, a beautiful place with a magnificent view over the bay. Besides lounging and swimming at the villa, you can certainly also visit nice places and restaurants. If you are a little trained, you can venture out on the old marked hiking trails that take you to beautiful viewpoints and secluded beaches. The host Nikos is always available and also gives all kinds of useful tips. In short: everything for a Top Holiday!

Very nice accommodation in a great location. We love the kittens that saint on the balconies. Some may not like the fact that there are kitten food on the balconies (at least ours that was on the first floor) so it's a good idea to know. Strictly no smoking rule in the outdoor areas.

We had an incredible time staying at this enchanting house! From the moment we arrived, everything about this place felt simply wonderful - welcoming, heartwarming, beautiful and perfectly designed for our family. The house came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and stress-free for the entire family. The location was spectacular and provided us with an exceptional experience that we'll treasure forever. In addition, Katie's warm welcoming and Nick's responsiveness elevated our arrival. Thank you! Breathtaking location & a truly gorgeous (& well-equipped home). We wandered the home & gardens feeling so privileged for the chance to stay & swim in such a place of natural beauty. Elli was responsive, helpful & flexible. It’s hard to believe you can have all this such an easy hop from Athens!

Vasilis' house is simply sublime, peaceful and welcoming. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, especially during sunsets or stormy clouds that passed in the distance one night. The pool is a huge plus. The house as such is very well decorated and functional. there were all the necessary amenities, even the kitchen was very well provided, including the small extra amenities, which makes its use simple and pleasant. the terraced house was not occupied. access is by a track sometimes a little steep (like many of them in Kea - a 4x4 is also to be preferred on the island so you want to explore). A small beach 7 min drive downstairs adds a little extra to enjoy the sea quickly. the house is also close to the port and therefore restaurants and shops. We would definitely go back! Thanks to Vasilis for his friendly messages and quick responses.

Excellent place to stay in Kea. Wonderful beaches just a few minutes walk from the flat. And the deck is a fantastic place to contemplate life or even do remote work. Miltiadis is very communicative and responsive to requests. She and her husband don't speak English, but she got the point across well. The house is ideal for a couple of a single. Very clean and well equipped. I definitely will be back!

Katerina's home is everything she says it is and more!!!! Very big, comfortable and safe!!!! Beautiful view during the day but really nice at night!!! My family had a great time here and we're very happy with how close it is to the sea and travern!! Great food and friendly service with a family owned gorcery store right by the tavern!!! Close to Lavreo and Athens!! Also close to the designer discount shopping!! Once again we highly recommend this home

Communicative host , impeccable view . Beautiful apartment . Worth it

The accommodation and especially the view are really incredibly beautiful! We had a very pleasant time there. We were warmly welcomed by the host's parents, who live in a lower area. Unfortunately, neither of them spoke any English, which made communication very difficult. We wanted to inquire if a restaurant was still open nearby, as we arrived at 11 pm due to our late flight and were very hungry. Unfortunately, the language barrier was too great. We then tried to find an open restaurant or at least a vending machine in the area, we drove around Porto Ennia in our car, but unfortunately everything was already closed and we had to go to bed hungry. Otherwise, we have only had positive experiences. The air conditioning works really well and we were also totally thrilled with the beach, which we almost always had to ourselves. Gladly again! :)

This is our 4th time returning to Kea Island... Anna's villa is the best and most beautiful of the villas we have rented on the island. This villa offers an amazing spotlight and a view of the sunset. A very well-maintained flower garden with very nice corners to have an aperitif and especially to nap every day in the shade. In terms of amenities, everything was perfect! We didn't want for anything. The garden furniture is of very good quality that offer real comfort to lounge by the pool which is very well maintained. The pool is top notch! The villa is located on the heights of Kea (above Loulida) By scooter: 5 minutes from Loulida, 15 minutes from the port, 30 minutes from Koundouros etc... Anna is a "super host." A very nice person. She greeted us at the port and was kind enough to accompany us to the villa. We highly recommend the villa. WONDERFUL STAY!!! Thank you Anna

Our stay was wonderful. The house is of great quality and has everything one would want for a short or longer stay. The location is extremely convenient. The beach is walkable - although the way back is up a very steep hill. The local tavernas had great food. Otzias is close to the main port and only 10-15 minutes away from supermarkets, a pharmacy and more restaurants. The beaches on the South side of the island are a bit further (30-40 mins conservative driving) but they make a great day outing. All in all this was a great place to stay. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. 5 stars.

Incredible villa, exactly as the photos show. Maria and Mona were great and made the experience so easy and comfortable. The villa is an excellent size, fully equipped with everything you could need (cooking, laundry etc) and very tastefully decorated. The views are amazing and the outdoor space is truly unique - tons of covered and uncovered outdoor space, a good sized pool, multiple seating areas, and an outdoor kitchen. The only minor downside is the gravel road to get there which is about 6mins of driving (not a problem). Great local suggestions and overall an extremely positive experience, would highly recommend.

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos,with all the amenities, beautiful sea view,the pool spotless and very communicative and friendly hosts! I would definitely recommend it and we will visit it again!
