This is a larger room with a full bed, couch, desk, small refrigerator, 32” smart tv, internet, fireplace and a private entrance. You are welcome to use most of the house, including the bathrooms, kitchen, & back yard. We live here and do have a cat. You automatically get a 10% discount on weekly stays & a 30% discount on monthly stays!
