Das 95qm große Haus hat im Erdgeschoss ein komfortables Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, sowie 1 Badezimmer, 1 separates WC und 2 Doppelzimmer. Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. In sunshine, the highlight is of course the huge natural garden, whether on the terrace under the walnut tree or in the deck chair on the meadow

Hiking trips to Franconian Switzerland are also popular. The metropolises of Erlangen, Bamberg and Nuremberg can be reached in 20-30 minutes. In our pretty garden house with private access and terrace, you can make yourself comfortable.
