The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

La Limonaia

Sono uno scrittore e in Inghilterra ambiento i miei romanzi ma è alla Limonaia che trovo tranquillità e concentrazione. Magari con un po' di musica jazz. La mia è una villa di campagna in stile mediterraneo ed ecosostenibile immersa nel verde e vicina a molti posti di interesse turistico. 5 minuti dalla pineta e dalle spiaggie.
