The house is located in Sinchignano, 200 meters from the hamlet of Siviano. The house is rustic in style. Cool in the summer, warm and cozy in the winter. Our "Palace" furnished with love.

The house with about 90m², is located in the district of Crone and through the central but quiet location everything is within walking distance: local supermarket, playground, lake with beach, pizzeria and ice cream parlor. Hikes can be started directly from the house and a small surf school can be reached in a few minutes. Idro is also a good starting point in the area: Lake Garda, Brescia, Verona or Milan are easily accessible.
