Accommodation located a 5-minute drive from the city center, in a quiet countryside offering a green landscape. But also about 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, the beaches of Carolles, Jullouville, Kairon and Granville. Close to the highway to catch Caen or Rennes, barely 1 hour away. Direct access to the GR22 which passes in front of the gate. GR 22 which leads to Mont Saint Michel.

It consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bedroom with a trundle bed, a large living room with sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and two toilets. Located not far from Fougères (10 min), Rocher Portail-Le Château des Sorciers (15 min), Château de la Vieuville (5 min), Mont Saint Michel (40 min), the landing beaches (75 min), it will offer you a peaceful haven to rest and enjoy the countryside.

Chaque soir on peut assister au ramassage des moutons de pré-salés et profiter du coucher de soleil sur la baie. Boulangerie et Restaurant à 5 min, commerces à 10min. Relax in this little stone house renovated in 2025. Several visits are available to you during your stay (Mont Saint-Michel, Granville, Saint-Malo, Cancale, Fougères, Saint-James...). The house consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom. This is a single-story house. The beds will be ready upon arrival and we provide a baby bed if needed. Bathroom linens are included. There is an outdoor park with garden furniture, barbecue and petanque court.

Vous pourrez apprécier le jardin arboré de 2700 m². L’été: feux de camps, barbecues. L’hiver: poêle à bois. La maison se situe à l'entrée d’un petit village Normand de 400 habitants. Les animaux ne sont pas autorisés.
